Excellent service, very easy to book and use. Service was incredible to France. Took less than 48 hours to arrive, fantastic service, I would definately recommend. Price was also very good and cheap especially to send a few kilos or more.

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SH*TE COMPANY If I could give negative stars, I would. Booked a parcel to send stuff to family in France: mostly returning their junk to them eg. odd bits of clothing that had been left at ours, books etc. I added things theyd asked for, like all the British essentials: baked beans, cheese biscuits, mince pies, pickled walnuts (? what even are those), other wierd things they wanted. Oh and a miniature bottle of some whiskey, which Id forgotten about as it was wrapped up in something else. A jar of my own precious honey. All these heavy things in a hard polypenco box to protect them. So anyway, parcel arrives a few days after being collected. They asked about the miniature bottle of whiskey, as apparently its not in there. The box doesnt look like its been opened, but eventually we realise there is one whole smaller interior box missing (which is how parcel monkey recommends you to pack your stuff). Obviously its the one that contains the only thing that anyone would bother nicking, the miniature whiskey. So fill in the complaint form (eventually, long process) and then hear back a few days later, have to provide evidence that youve actually packed the missing things. So I trawl around looking for receipts for pickled walnuts etc. And then - GET THIS - while waiting to hear back about compensation for the missing items, I have an email from parcel ape****e telling me that theyre CHARGING ME for not putting the correct weight on the box, as when it went through the initial scanning and weighing process, it weighed 10kg more than Id paid for. So let me get this straight, Ive been faffing about find receipts to prove that somethings been sent, when all the while, theres an actual scan of the contents of the parcel?? And Ive been charged extra to pay for something that hasnt arrived?? The parcel weighed considerably less than the weight on the label when it arrived, as all the heavy stuff had been nicked. To add insult to injury, no compensation possible, as FOOD is on the hugely massive long list of things that compensation will not be paid out for. All I can say is Im just glad I didnt throw good money after bad and pay for extra insurance. Absolute joke of an experience, more frustrating than anything else, so I suggest if youre considering using them, you have a really really hard look at all the items that are not covered by the insurance, and also consider just chucking your own stuff straight in the bin as youll save money and itll be less annoying than dealing with these timewasters.

We have found this compare site the best yet! The booking is simple and the information clear and easy to follow. We have also found that the prices of the parcel delivery is cheaper than the other compare site we used. I dont begin to understand how this can be the case, but it is! We always use Parcel Monkey to book international postal services. It is perfect: easy to use, efficient, cost effective and comprehensive.

So far so good. If you are sending within the UK they offer very, very competitive prices. Instead of going directly to Parcelforce, I now use Parcel Monkey and save myself a fortune (still using Parcelforce). So I thank the whole team at Parcel Monkey for buying at such a good price and passing the savings on to us.

Sending a parcel through Parcel Monkey is dead easy and loads cheaper than going direct to the Post Office. The site is intuitive to use. Both myself and the recipients were fully informed of the delivery schedule and could track its every move. Brilliant service, I will definitely use them again.

I used this for a parcel to be sent to germany , it was easy to print off the labels & just hand in at the post office!! Also great she could track it from her end.I would say the parcel seemed to be at the "hub " for a few days & didnt arrive in the time it stated but once it was delivered to germany it was delivered the same day! definitely use this website again.

I used DX for 2 important parcels i triple wrapped to keep them safe, the driver was friendly , he came with a label and they were both delivered in perfect condition within 24 hours , superb service and price , i highly recommend them .

The value for money is great and the only reason (as always) not to give 5 stars is that the final delivery to our home never, ever happens. Instead the parcel is always delivered to a local collection point, usually a day later.
Special thanks to PM / DPD this time, as the delivery (to pick our up point) was exceptionally fast (just 48 hours) despite the reported delays due to Brexit + Covid. Well done. Just need to fix the final delivery fiasco to earn 5 stars.

Great service and is simple to use, I sent a Parcel to Switzerland which is a hard thing to do but Parcelmonkey made it easy, parcel arrived in 5 days as promised and the price was very good.

Parcel Monkey provides a very good parcel delivery comparison service. They are usually very quick at replying to any queries as well. There are also reasonable prices for the various courier services as well.

Never used Parcel Monkey before so was a bit apprehensive as it was a family heirloom I was sending abroad. The link through to DPD was good but slight conflict of information and was concerned when recipient was supposedly messaged by DPD for a further payment before delivery. This was a scam so not sure how they got recipients details. We ignored this as we realised parcel had not even reached its destination. Great price and would use again.
