I would give it no star if I could. When buyer didnt receive the pot, I started the claim. However 6 weeks on I am still waiting for the outcome of my claim despite being insured for the full value. I gave the buyer full refund so I am out of pocket for £175 if and when I get the payout. I have emailed customer service over 10 times, each time just get a standard reply. I have been a loyal customer over 10 years but honestly the customer service is shocking. DO NOT use if you can help it.

Two months on & Im still waiting for the insurance payout for an item I sold on eBay that was broken in transit to the buyer. I submitted all the papers needed for the insurance claim on 11 Nov 20 and have messaged ParcelMonkey repeatedly asking for updates on the claim. I was advised that ParcelForce has had to send a second questionnaire to the recipient as part of the insurance claim. However the recipient says they completed the first questionnaire six weeks ago (Parcelforce Worldwide Claim WC-2165393 - Damaged Goods Questionnaire). This reflects badly on me as a vendor and I have now paid the recipient myself and am out of pocket £125 until ParcelMonkey pays out on the insurance I paid extra for. My recommendation is to avoid ParcelMonkey at all costs.

Due to lockdown decided to sent Christmas presents to my son and his family. Used parcel monkey for first time. Impressed as chose delivery slot. Labels email to me. Parcel collected on Monday by DHL within a 1 hour slot. Parcel arrived in Leeds next at 5pm. So easy

Do not use this company. Appalling service. Parcel sent in time for Christmas still not arrived (8th January). Company not interested in sorting out the problem. None existent customer service, just want to close down responses/tickets rather than support the customer. Go elsewhere

Appalling. Despite my checking the rules for international carriage before sending and packaging as required, my item was deemed prohibited. Parcel Monkey then sent an email to me saying pay additional for a return or have your items (worth £200) destroyed??? The return charge was extortionate. I contacted the actual carrier (DPD) direct who said they do not charge for return to sender items. So why did I get charged an extra £17? Total cost £53 to send a small parcel 1.3kg, 28 x 20 x 10 cm to South Hampton and return to me (instead of to Cyprus) . Why was my item accepted in the first place. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Check the prices with Royal Mail - half the price. Made an error believed Parcel Monkey to be cheaper. Not true. Do not use. Go direct. Customer service is woeful. Email only contact and replies given one sentence. Therefore, no answers what so ever. Incredibly frustrating and total rogues. Would give 0 if possible. What do you say Parcel Monkey??

My parcel was returned for a reason I still dont know exactly, it was destined for NY, got 5 miles to the sorting area, then returned. Parcel monkey have informed me I must pay again as the service has been used... Disgusting, Id strongly consider rowing across the Atlantic rather than use these again.

my item couldnt be delivered even though it was the correct address, I amended to a drop off shop as requested - they didnt do this - the parcel hasnt been delivered and I can pay £12 to have it sent back to me on top of the delivery charge I have already paid and not been refunded ??? bad service

Terrible delivery service and customer service was equally dismal. Package was lost and Parcel Monkey will not only not reimburse for contents, as it was a gift, but refuses to reimburse for the substantial postage amount. Do NOT recommend this service. Use a reputable delivery agency.

I needed to send a present to Wales. After I put in the dimensions and weight I got a list of prices and chose DHL who also pick up the parcel.
I received the label to print as soon as I had paid. The parcel was picked up at the time I was notified and arrived safely in Wales the next day.

Cheap and great when everything goes smoothly. Encounter a problem though and youre pretty much on your own. Compensation? Forget about it. Used their DPD service on a next day delivery service, dropping it off at a DPD pickup collection point. Its now 4 days later and the parcel hasnt even been collected by the courier claiming an issue because a small barcode was used - I just used what I was given! No idea if or when the item will be collected or delivered. Compensation for delay wont be paid to me, apparently this is in their terms and conditions - I suspect ParcelMonkey claim this for themselves? Hopefully if it is completely lost then Ill get a refund but from reading reviews here it looks like itll prove a very painful experience. Not sure if I would have received better service if I had paid the extra £3 and booked the delivery with DPD direct rather than ParcelMonkey. Either way Parcel Monkey have just lost a customer going forwards.

Parcelforce 48 express service was purchased. Item collected on time, then sent to wrong sorting hub, its now 72hrs later and still not at the correct hub to be sorted for preparing for delivery so maybe service should be renamed hopefully deliver within 96 hrs not so express? previous 3 encounters with parcelforce have either lost, broken or forgot to pick parcel up? I think i now need to learn my lesson as although UPS are slightly more, touch wood have had no issues to date.

Everytime you book an appoiment with them they can 2 days late to pick your stuff up. And they do not care about your boxes at all. They broke my products, the tv came with the display totally broken, so a TV 55 inch to throw to the bin and they do not answer about that because they know they are going to break your boxes for sure. All the boxes came broken outside and a lot of my stuff tottally damage. The tv was the big lost... I cover everything with bubbles, I bough a special box and even with that they broke the TV...
