Parcel taken very promptly and kept up to date throughout the whole process.
Was sorted within days, staff extremely friendly, and the website is so easy to use.
I will be using Parcel Monkey in future!

Fantastic service! I needed to get my Christmas parcel from Sussex, to my grandson in deepest rural Ireland. It was collected exactly on time and got to its destination in less than 48 hours.
I do not know how they did it!
I’ll certainly use this service again.

Always excellent value and speedy delivery. A 5kg parcel to Australia has taken around 5 days (including a weekend) for door-to-door service. Website is easy to use and labels and customs forms are received promptly. Tracking and communication are efficient.

parcel was dropped off at collection point on the 7th, sending christmas presents to Ireland, was told 2-3 days delivery. last update was on the 10th to say it has left the parcel centre, and there has been no tracking update since, it is now the 16th and still have no idea where the parcel is or when it will be delivered, wont be using these again

I am very satisfied with your service,the parcel was picked up by the driver at the exact given time and he was very friendly,the parcel should have been by my daughter on the Friday and was delivered one day earlier,I couldnt ask for a better service,you can be sure of my continued clientele and my advertising your services to my friends

The service for collection was excellent. Even though I completed all the forms for Jersey customs it was still held by Jersey customs and a fee of £10 was made to get it delivered? No explanation was given for this extra charge. The contents were Christmas presents.

It was easy to book & take my parcel to the post office but it was supposed to get to France in 3 days ; that was 12 days ago & its not there yet! Covid? Christmas? Who knows ...& now what do I do with my proof of posting?

Sent a 5kg to NZ process was easier than other couriers used in the past and half the price of the Post Office. Collected from home, delivered in less than a week.Recipient kept informed all the way through.

This is my 3rd time using Parcel Monkey UK to send parcels to New Zealand. Theyre the cheapest I have found and I am re-assured by their on-line tracking. All parcels have arrived in-tact, on time (within 7 working days) so I am very happy with the service and will continue to use them.

I have used this service throughout 2020 to send parcels to my niece in Italy and the service is fantastic. It is picked up from my home and within the week it is delivered. I am amazed at how quickly the transaction takes place and during a pandemic.

The package was not picked up on the day I booked for it. I even need to ask for reschedule as my sister waited the whole day and nobody picked up the parcel. When we have the package delivered the item is broken into pieces. Really disappointed.

Really happy with the service of sending parcel to USA. Liked the fact the package was picked up from my address and although delivery was 3 or 4 days longer than expected I totally understood as it’s a busy time of year and the pandemic has a knock on effect from service as normal.
Only thing I would have preferred was a time slot of package being picked up.
Good tracking system too.

This is my fourth time I use parcel monkey and the delivery was even faster then last time , delivery to Romania packet of 15kg ,helpful delivery men in Uk from where the parcel was picked up and same in Romania where the parcel was delivered .Delivery was in less then 5 days to Romania and arrived without any problems .very happy with the service and I will continue using your service .thank you parcel monkey ...

WHY OH WHY DID I USE PARCEL MONKEY? Delivery estimate 3-6 days to US. NOW: 33 DAYS and counting! Looks like PM could not make sure my parcel was delivered from the local depot in the US to the recipient and despite numerous request also seem to be unable to stop it being shipped back - quite unnecessarily - to the UK, despite myself and the recipient pleading with them just to deliver it - when it was at the local depot too. They now want to give it back to me!!!!! The thing is, I paid £137 for them to deliver my parcel to the US (which contained some of my sons possessions - he married his American girlfriend and is staying there for the time being) and all I want is for them to fulfil their contractual obligations. Does that seem too much to ask?

Very poor. Paid for next day delivery. Parcel took nearly 6 days to get to its destination and Parcel Monkey refused to give me any sort of refund. Terrible customer service. Use at your own risk!
