Have used Parcel monkey every time I need to send parcels to my family abroad,
Cannot be faulted on price but tracking is always a problem.
I have used them for 7 years this is the first year my parcels have arrived on time.
Customer service do their best but have their limits in finding parcel that have not been delivered.
My parcels are always over 15kg and I can only pick parcel force which is normally the people causing the problem to be fair.
This year I expect bother due to restrictions in Germany and uk but it was the easiest no problem delivery .
Picked up late Friday delivery made Wednesday in two different cities in Germany.
Based on previous deliveries I would have given them 2 stars but all good this year let’s hope it continues.

A parcel collected last week, only make to the back of the van. Since then, no more tracking and seams they lost the parcel. Have explained several times the urgency of some feedback as these were the Christmas from a vulnerable 94 years old lady to her family, and their only reply is to "wait because they are investigating". I have the same answer since the 9th December. Unacceptable and the poor old lady is in total distress without knowing what happened and no refund to enable her to pay for new Christmas presents on time (she needs the parcel to turn up or the refund to afford to buy new presents). Very disappointed with the lack of understanding from the team that only asks me to wait - now explain this to the 94 years old lady that probably will not have many more chances to give Xmas presents to her family!

My parcel was collected on Tuesday 8th December with a guaranteed three day international delivery. It did not arrive until the 16th December, eight days later. I have used this service many times and it has always been great, but this was not acceptable.

Je ne reprendrais jamais Parcel Monkey ...j’ai envoyé un colissimo en Australie le 24 novembre .une je n’arrive plus à le suivre depuis le 26 novembre, la poste ne trouve rien.Deux Parcel Monkey ne répond jamais à mes demandes il a fallu que je me fâche verbalement pour avoir peut être des renseignements aujourd’hui 18 décembre mon colis n’est pas arrivé à destination ....alors qu’il devait arriver sous 5/7 jours....hyper déçue

Really efficient and cost effective process for using Royal mails Parcel Force, DHL, and other couriers. Just a shame they are not in control after the parcel is in their courier hands where nothing has progressed since collecting it for over 7 days so far. Parcel Force are awful.

Fabulous!
Heavy parcel was picked up at 11:20am on Monday from my home and was delivered to family in Southern France shortly after midday on Wednesday. Amazing... the parcel arrived in excellent condition and all items were undamaged. So impressed by the service and the price. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Thank you!
