Easy to use , good price having been let down by another provider I was pleased with the service received by Parcel Monkey, package took longer to arrive but that was due more to the volume of post being sent. The tracking was very useful to know the whereabouts of the package

Used to ship a picture frame, I acknowledge that this is on their list of items which cannot be protected by compensation, despite this I labeled my parcel clearly as fragile and included a description of the item and a request for delicate transit in the courier notes however the frame was delivered smashed and broken

I sent 2 parcels Uk - Romania and they arrived very late, one arrived one day and the other the other day although they were sent together. I had to call the call center where I stayed for a long time for someone to answer me.

Have used Parcel Monkey several times now. Very competitive cost compared to direct quote from courier organisations. This time, delivery was advertised as 3 days although it actually took a week however I do accept it was middle of December and I was still able to track where the parcel was. Appeared to be exported within 1 day of sending but it then took about 4 days before it appeared in the delivery country - maybe it was going by road and was held up when the ports were busy in December. Once in the delivery country it was then delivered to the address within a day. Would be happy to use Parcel Monkey again in the future.

I panicked a bit because I sent two parcels at the same time and one was a day early and the second one that I am reviewing was a day late, I’m still pleased that the parcel got there when it did because being so close to Christmas it was still a good service, I would give 4 and a half stars if I could

My sister used parcel monkey to send me a Christmas parcel to Antigua. 10 days later it still hasnt even left the UK. Shes trying to get it back to send with a friend travelling out to Antigua and the communication is dreadful. Disappointingly it wont make it to Antigua for Christmas. We just hope it gets returned in time to come out with a friend but that doesnt seem likely at this point either. Dont use them.

Everything was booked and confirmed easily. My parcel to Sweden was picked up from my house and did arrive on the 5th working day. The only glitch, again, was that it was sent to a collection point and not to destination address. All in all very good but wish the partner agency in Sweden was as good as the UK partner.

Absolutely disappointed, sent package to Europe and half of things gone missing from the package. Someone who has little girl has stolen all contents that were meant for girl, pink blanket, dress, nuttela, crisps and other nice bits. They went through a trouble to wrap package back up just like it was. They went through very carefully and picked exactly what they wanted. I wouldnt use this company ever again. Its disappointing and discrase. When I contacted the company I had no response. Cant believe people steel when they deliver. I gave 1 star cos you cant give 0. Its awful and I feel so disappointed . Be careful and dont get burn like I did dont use it!!!!!!

There is no way to claim with this company. They just go round in circles. I am not able to contact the courier company as they apparently can only do this on my behalf. 8 weeks later the response is we will update you when the courier responds. They have lost 3 out of 7 parcels I have sent.

WE have used Parcel Monkey many times and been very happy but this time our parcel ( containing gifts - not precious financially but in feeling ) for our son and daughter in law who we have not seen for a year. I understand the problem is with the courier but it seems impossible to find out how to contact them. I did finally manage to get through to a person at Parcel Monkey and was given a number in Italy which does not work. If anyone knows how to resolve this sort of issue I would be very pleased to know.
