The most complicated way to send a parcel ever, if you dont know the recipients life story and inside leg measurement then dont bother. Absolutely ridiculous

From start to finish a superb easy service for couriering.booked paid and the next day collected . The item had to go to the Republic of Airelanc which my system received in a few days of postage .

I completed packing my parcels at 3.30am, they were collected before midday and were delivered to Dublin (from the U.K.) 3 days later. I have used Parcel Monkey before and will continue to do so. Excellent service, simple and efficient. The driver was friendly too! Highly recommended!

Paid for 2 doors to be collected and delivered. Doors were collected then were not delivered and I have had no satisfactory answers to where the doors are. I am currently owed £600.00 for doors and paid £100.00 for them to be stolen (delivered)

Very dissatisfied, I paid £120 for 3 day International shipping and my package is still in the UK, it was collected Dec 18th and it’s now Dec 28th. Definitely the last time I will be using this service. Very disappointed!

Arranged for a parcel to go from UK TO USA the week before Xmas. It was collected as planned and I was able to track the parcel to its final destination. And it arrived before Xmas day. Bonus!
The only comment I have is to check the postal address is correct as autocorrect kicked in and changed the destination originally. May stop it being returned unnecessarily.

I have used this service twice now to send parcels to my daughter in Hong Kong. Each time they have proved very efficient and reasonably priced, and I have been surprised at how quickly the parcel has reached her. I will only use them now!

Great service. We had to send a parcel to our son at short notice due to the pre Christmas change in covid regulations, we set up the order with DPD Tues morning, it was picked up lunchtime Wed and delivered by 8.30 am Thurs (Christmas Eve). The DPD driver was really polite, and we were kept informed by email and text as to what was happening at each stage, would definitely use again and recommend.

Arranged very quickly: order put in at 9pm and pickup at 9:30am the next day by DPD. Good info and notifications from Parcelmonkey for working through the early stages and I could track the delivery through DPD. Labels,Customs declaration etc easy to print off. The courier was on time, smiley and efficient. The price was nearly £20 less than the Royal Mail for small parcel 2-5kg to USA. I would have given more stars as it was so straighforward to do and felt reliable and professional, but the delivery date on the quote was supposed to be 22nd Dec, and it took until the 28th. It was picked up on 14th Dec so took two weeks instead of the quoted one week. Given the season and coronavirus maybe that is the explanation, but I didnt get any notification/apology about the delay; merely the tracked date for expected delivery kept extending each time I looked.
