Simple, straightforward transaction that worked well.

It is difficult to right a review as unfortunately my experience of the service was hampered by the border blocade, which was not the fault of the service itself but sadly impacted on the timely delivery of my parcels. So was a week later than anticipated. Sadly the tracking was not very informative in that time. Although, the collection driver was very courteous and the condition on delivery was very good.

Parcel was supposed to have been collected on 23rd December. They didnt turn up to collect it. When I tracked it, they said that they had attempted to collect. But there was someone there all day, and I didnt get any call or email to say so. I only found this out when I tracked the parcel. The parcel is now sat in my hall waiting to be collected. But trying to get information about the collection is impossible. Everytime I email, I get a response to say it will be dealt with within 48 hours. When I do get a response, it is a generic email that doesnt even answer my questions. Not Impressed. Will not use this company again.

Obscenely cheaper online than in post offices and shops. My parcels arrived in time stated and good condition. Definitely going to use this service again for many postal needs.

Simple service to use, with a wide range of reasonable courier options available for drop offs and collect (the latter being a godsend in our current times). Parcel monkey keeps you informed every step of the way and its easy to download or send the relevant postage labels. Good for overseas as well as UK-based deliveries. Definitely recommended - in fact, I have already advised a few people use it who are now just as satisfied customers as me! :-)

This was my first experience of Parcel Monkey UK and I was very impressed. The website was easy to navigate, the prices were very competitive and I received the label for my parcel very quickly. My package was delivered well within the timeframe given at the time of making the booking. I would recommend Parcel Monkey UK to friends and family and would use their services again.

Although using the parcel monkey site was easy and their prices competitive we were very dissatisfied with the chosen company Courier. I feel that parcel monkey should not have advertised a 1-2 day express delivery service if it was unachievable. Promised delivery date of 1-2 days wasnt achieved. It took 6 days. We were also contacted to be told the parcel wasnt left at the stated address because it had no company name, in spite of us stating on the booking that it was a private residence. An alternative delivery address had to be arranged thus causing the parcel to be even later.

Sended on 17th December , received in Germany on 28.12.20.Didnt arrived till Christmas.Stated est. Tracking stated that Delivery for 24.12 between 14:08 to 15:08 as since 10:27 ,24th December on vehicle.Driver left parcel outside without letting anybody know..person who should receive it was waiting on the 24 + 28 the whole day for the driver ....big big disappointment !!!Never again DPD

Very good - collected on named day & has arrived at destination. The tall boy was in the porch, I would have preferred them to ring the door to let us know they were taking it though.

Always great prices at Parcel Monkey. One suggestion: it would be good to be able to get a price without putting in a full delivery address - sometimes I want a quote before I know where Im sending the parcel, e.g. when setting a delivery cost on eBay.

You did amazingly ! Like many this Christmas - last minute lockdown tier 4 plan changes ... Sunday night having been recommended Parcelmonkey I had our son’s 4kg parcel wrapped & labels printed off / attached - took it to the post office Monday morning 21st (N Ireland) delivered Wednesday 23rd ! We were delighted !

We had to post some Xmas presents on the 22nd. We used parcelforce 24 through Parcelmonkey but we never thought it would get there the next day or for Xmas for that matter. It was simple to print off label and drop off at the post office. Next morning I had a text to say it had arrived! Great service and not expensive.

Parcel Monkey is a great service and I will have no hesitation in using it again.
However on this occasion (posting 21 Dec), paying extra for Parcel Force 24, parcel was not delivered until 24 Dec!

Parcel was not collected on allocated day and the tracking information stated I wasnt available which was a blatant lie. Apart from that the parcel got to the US within 6 working days, delivered on Monday 28th December.
