WE have used Parcel Monkey many times and been very happy but this time our parcel ( containing gifts - not precious financially but in feeling ) for our son and daughter in law who we have not seen for a year. I understand the problem is with the courier but it seems impossible to find out how to contact them. I did finally manage to get through to a person at Parcel Monkey and was given a number in Italy which does not work. If anyone knows how to resolve this sort of issue I would be very pleased to know.

Worse than ever. I have sent parcel to Greece on 5/13. Now, 16/12 still has not been exported and not even given a proper reason for that. Even if its Christmas is still totally unacceptable. No excuse for not giving updates . Was sent early to be on time and I dont even know where it is

Good service and very easy to use website. Reasonable rates for posting packages abroad. I paid for 3 day delivery which unfortunately took 7 but other than that, excellent service and will use again.

Repeated messages, parcel booked 5 weeks ago, been lost almost 4 weeks, claim opened as they lost parcel. All hoops jumped through with descriptions pictures, and had paid full insurance, and they are now ignoring me it looks like the only option is to go via small claims as they simply dont care. I have stopped using them as service has been a total nightmare

A good website and service. I do think that some wording coyld be better, more simple or better understanding of extra insurance costs and aslo delivery exemptions. Download of lable was fine and easy. An email or text would have been good just to know a courier was on route for pick up. As waited anxiously all morning and afternoon. Was getting worried it was not going to be pick up on the day i had chosen or they would come later evening. Did arrive 4pm which was a relief. Tracking service was good. So was great to know where my parcel was and when it arrived at destination. I just dont know though i what condition, as couriers do tend to poke holes in packing to hold it. I hope all was well.
