Never used Parcel Monkey before and could not fault the whole process from online booking to delivery of our parcel hence 5 stars. The online booking was very straightforward, our parcel was dropped off at the local post office and within 24 hours had arrived at its destination in the same condition as when it left us. Would not hesitate to use Parcel Monkey again. Excellent service and value for money.

Very reliable service ,used quite a few times , payed extra to have delivery at
10.30 next day arrived at 11.30 instead , that was due to parcel force

Collection of my parcel was on a date of my choice . The parcel was collected on that day. I was give one hour time slot for collection, this also took place. What more could you ask for.? Superb job

They arrived to collect when they said they would, the parcel was in good condition on delivery and arrived the next day. Can’t say better than that.

I chose DHL as they were a decent price, -second from the top- but they, collected, as my parcel was quite heavy I didnt fancy carrying it from the car to a collection point. They they said they would collect at a certain time and that it would be delivered within 2 or 3 days. They came to collect it about 1 hour before time - which was great- and it was delivered the next day, which was even greater.

Loved parcel monkey before Brexit but been impossible to complete the customs forms sinceBrexit. Links to numbers required but forms show errors without specifying which are wrong. Tried for 2 hours to complete the form but eventually gave up
