Fantastic service from beginning to end....always keep you updated as to where your parcel is and the parcel was collected in the allocated time slot by a lovely polite driver....very reasonably priced and much better service than other companies I have dealt with

I’m a regular five star fan of Parcel Monkey but it’s also worth mentioning that my parcels to Germany are handled by ParcelForce in the Uk and DPD in Germany.
Between the three outfits they consistently deliver in three to five days every single time I use them, including the busy December period. Excellent five star service

I was really happy with parcel monkey service. Good price and reliable. However, the parcel was supposed to arrive two days after being collected but it took longer than expected and arrived 5 days later. Knowing the current situation and the fact that the parcel has been sent to Germany, we were expecting the delay. I would just suggest to future costumers to be aware that the expected delivery date suggested by the website may not be accurate.

I find parcel monkey website easy to use and the instructions easy to follow.
The service really comes into its own and great value for money when sending larger parcels. My only criticism would be that I could not see a signed for option unless it was further down the listings. When I went to the Post Office to drop off the parcel, they said that I could pay extra for this.
Otherwise I could not fault the service although I have not had occasion to contact the customer service.

Easy to use website providing you with a good choice of options. Everything worked well, I booked my parcel in and received a text to let me know when it would be collected and also one with information of delivery slot. Great service I will use Parcel Monkey again.

Im full of praise for Parcel Monkey. I have used them 5 times in the last 2 months sending things to family in the UK and overseas. The delivery companies they have used - in my case either DHL or DPD, have collected, and delivered on time, and the people have been brilliant. I have recommended to family and friends.

I have used Parcel Monkey 3 times. The first 2 times were excellent and the parcel arrived on time. The last time UPS lost the parcel. The problem with Parcel Monkey is that you can only contact them by Chat and their response is ALWAYS that "the agent will be in touch with you". It is unclear who the agent is but I assume it will be UPS. I have asked them 4 times what the procedure is for getting a refund and compensation for my parcel contents and they have not answered the question yet. It is a classic case of "Parcel Monkey are great unless something goes wrong and then they show how disinterested they are in resolving any problems".

The process of sending a parcel to Europe was very easy, the prices were very good, loved the home collection, no more finding the depot. The courier was very professional and charming, a pleasure to do business with, the delivery date was 3 days longer than expected but my parcel still arrived within 1 week of arranging pickup. I will certainly use this company again.

Really easy to get quote, clear pricing and service details, easy to print and collected by DPD on time. Got to destination country at stated time (Italy) where BRT failed to deliver parcel and it is still lost somewhere in the system.
