Really pleased with this parcel delivery ,I dropped off the parcel at my local post office and everything went smoothly from there with the parcel being delivered very quickly

I was able to get it picked up from home so the whole experience was covid safe too.

I know we are in a pandemic but paying £50 + for parcel to Australia with 5-8 day delivery and 2 weeks later it’s been sat in a warehouse since 5th dec- hasn’t even left the country!!

I posted a parcel to Italy. The system is quick and easy and shows all the competitive rates. Once chosen, the address labels are simple to print off and the parcel can be dropped off at numerous local sites. A really good service.

I’ve used Parcel Monkey several times now over the past few years for both international and national parcels, and by either dropping the parcels off at the post office or using the collection from home service. All parcels were collected/delivered as per the schedule, it’s easy to use with clear instructions and with tracking facility. Great.

This was the first time I have used parcel monkey to send a package to Germany. They collected from me when they said they would and the package arrived a week later. Slight holdup in Berlin but only because it was a weekend. Will definitely use again, thank you.

Posting at Christmas time is always hit and miss and even more so this year with royal mails back log and sheer volume of post, the need to send parcels abroad with Christmas presents is an added pressure but parcel monkey take the stress away. Easy online service to book, stated time frames for delivery and full tracking details for the parcel. My parcel from Yorkshire to Bulgaria arrived in 4 days faster than a parcel being sent from London to Yorkshire!

Works fine so long as no issues with delivery. If there is (as we did) you’ll struggle to get them to support with it! For the small saving, probably better going direct with the courier.

So sent 2 parcels with this company and received email for one with tracking details etc the other parcel no update on. Parcel monkey HAvetracking but there tracking url is non existent and does not show anything I don’t even have tracking number for that site I assume other parcel is lost as other one arrived with more than enough information yet on parcelmonkeys site they were both dispatched shipped at same time yet no update on the 2nd parcel. Cannot give a positive review as of yet as no update as to my second parcel I assume it’s lost ????

I shipped a parcel back to a vendor, using the same boxes that they used. I bought insurance for the £455 value. The boxes arrived crushed by the courier, the vendor immediately filled a report with you. Then i was denied a refund and was told to seek compensation from you. You rejected it on the basis of small print. Would NEVER use you again

It was good to find options but delivery and timescale with customer support not very good. Parcel meant. To be delivered 3-4 days sent it on 2nd Dec arrived 10th with the no actual update on tracking.

The experience in the UK was excellent. Collected when said. Exported all within a couple of days. Then from Friday to Monday nothing. Sat in delivery country. After paying for 3day delivery I am disappointed. I appreciate there was a weekend but why offer 3 day delivery if you can’t guarantee it, especially when it costs a little more. The price was amazing but I thought it would be too good to be true. I know it’s Christmas but you offered three day delivery. I will give it another day but if not delivered by Tuesday close of day I will be requesting a full breakdown of where the parcel is and why it hasn’t arrived at the destination. I can’t give a good rating at this time sorry.
