I used parcel monkey twice in this Christmas season. Having first heard about the company through a guardian article, I’m sure it was listed among many competitors, but it was the most memorable name to me. I searched for a courier service that could bring to our family in Europe the presents that we would have brought ourselves had 2020 been a year with any hint of normality. The search returned a list of services and the deadlines to make sure the parcel got there on time, they were collected and everything ran perfectly smooth. I didn’t need to use their customer service so can’t vouch for that but given the complex field they work in, let alone with all border closures and impending brexit doom, for these people to be asking for reviews must mean they stand on a solid base of confidence in their skills. Would definitely use again.

I was stuck as, unexpectedly, I had to get Christmas presents to the family quickly with just a few days to spare. I used Parcel Monkey for the first time - and everything was easy. AND everyone got their gifts in time for Christmas Day!!

Very impressed with Parcel Monkey. Paid for 24 hour service, as needed to ensure presents sent from Staffordshire to Northern Ireland arrived in time for Christmas. Took parcel to local Post Office at 11.30am on 22nd December and it arrived before midday on 23rd! I tracked the parcel throughout its journey, as I had little confidence it would get there in 48 hours never mind 24. Couldnt believe how speedily it moved and was blown away by the efficiency. As my son lives in N.I. now, I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. Pleased to be able to leave a positive review and would highly recommend this service.

I really rate this, it was a fantastic service. Fast, efficient and really economical! I sent 2 boxes to different places and they were both fragile. Both boxes were collected from my house and delivered to separate addresss the following day with absolutely no damage. The cost was so much cheaper than had I used the post office. Definitely will use them again.

The customer care team at Parcel Monkey are excellent. Polite , helpful and knowledgeable . Quick to respond. Update on parcel status is quick and easy and the booking process is simple to use. All round an excellent company to do business with.

With Christmas cancelled due to Covid, plans to go home for Christmas to be with my family were cancelled - kids presents were all wrapped under the tree ready to be moved into the car for the drive up North. To avoid disappointing the kids and their parents and grandparents (my parents) I jumped on Parcel Monkey and booked delivery to 2 addresses for 3 large boxes ( as usual I had gone mad and bought far too much!) I was amazed that despite the change in regulations, I got pick ups for all 3 boxes from 2 different companies the next day with delivery to their final addresses the day after that - easily in time for Christmas if anything did get delayed for any reason. Nothing did get delayed and I am pleased to say although Christmas was different this year, Christmas wasnt cancelled. I was astounded that such big parcels could be delivered from London to Hull overnight and at such a reasonable price - amazing service, both pick up and deliveries went really smoothly with very friendly staff at both ends. Thank you Parcel Monkey for ensuring my relatives were not disappointed this Christmas - you really played your part as Santa this year for my family.

I have already submitted a review. I sent a parcel and the next day it was delivered back to me. Because it didnt have a bar code. I told them on the phone I didnt have a printer. As long as it was clearly addressed ok. I paid £8.89 to send myself a parcel.

dreadful! on their website they said theyd take car parts - beware they dont! we paid £46, they collected the parcel, we paid our money then sent it back to us and now wont give us our money back, it clearly states they will take car parts! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEATS AND THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE SHOCKING!

You are asking for the review when the parcel hasn’t been delivered yet! It s been 11days ! It s probably automatic but do not test me as you ruin my Xmas presents while guaranteeing 3 to 5 day! The audacity !!!

Collected when the day they said they would and delivered promptly! Will definitely use again. Only improvement would be to give a time in a 2 hour window that you will collect the parcel.

Great service from the pick up but the parcel was going to Spain and the couriers there couldn’t find the address so my mother had to drive over 30 mins to collect the parcel from where they left it. Obviously wouldn’t use again.

Parcel picked up by Parcel Force the next day. It took 3days to get to Heathrow and then 24 hours to be delivered to destination in Dubai.

I have paid £61 for my parcel to be collected and delivered. I completed all the forms and supplied all the information that was asked for. I made it very clear it was an international delivery. When the courier arrived he scanned my parcel and asked “Is this an international delivery?” When I confirmed that it was. He said “ I can’t take it” When told him I had paid £61. He said “ Someone will be in touch” It has now been a fortnight and I have heard nothing. I have sent an email to Parcel Monkey and have had no response. I am now sending my parcel by Royal Mail. I would not recommend Parcel Monkey

Missed Collection, appalling service. I used this site for the first and last time. I went to the site, picked my courier and paid for next day collection. Parcel not collected, I contacted the site and rebooked for collection. Again missed. After a week the parcel still stuck at my house. I contacted them again requesting cancellation and compensation due to damage to my reputation and a missed delivery to my client. I was told I woukd recieve my oayment 3-5 days later, still not got it a week on, i have been asked to accept a payment ( my fee back) but no compensation. I contacted the courier who had no record of the package. I now have to wait another 24 hours to get my money back. Appalling service DO NOT USE!! I contacted Parcel Force who were cheaper, collected on time and supplied all of the labels. I know who I will be using next time. DEFINITELY NOT PARCEL MONKEY!!

Very good service.
The delivery company arrived bang on time and collected the parcel.
They gave a two hour window at the destination.
This time was met punctually.
Will definitely use this service in future.

Very Easy to Use. This was the second time I used Parcel Monkey and would use them again. Only one snag I came across - I accidentally clicked on the wrong item and a mistake cannot be undone online. You have to phone them during office hours to cancel, which I totally forgot to do so the guy came to collect and I wasnt in. Not sure if a refund is possible because of that.
