So far so good but parcel has yet to be delivered but it was to an overseas destination and with Xmas and COVID one must be realistic with one’s expectations. Otherwise process was straightforward and good value.

Excellent and easy to use service. My parcels were picked up when stated and arrived the next day. I was delighted as it’s getting near to Christmas. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again and would recommend it.

May not be fault of parcel monkey but posted to packages through them to Ireland service offered was Parcelforce 2.3 days. Well some 12 days later parcels not delivered and told nothing can do for 28 days. These are Christmas presents

Great experience, sending a parcel made easy. Once it was packaged it was picked up the next day. Absolutely great.

Very pleased with the service. I paid less than £20 for a parcel of 15kg from London To Milan. The delivery guy came to my house on Monday and on Saturday my family received the parcel. So from door to door service.
It was not easy to find you online, so my only recommendation to the company is to let your potential customers to find you more easily as I had to do quite a few researches to get on your website.

Collection was an hour earlier than notified. Luckily I was in but I was just about to leave the house for 20 minutes. Otherwise I would have rated five stars.

The first time I used this service very good at tracking but I was informed by the receiver the package was damaged and the goods inside.
Using this for the second time limited amount of tracking and no estimation when package will arrive, I just hope this time it wouldnt be damaged.

Would never go via Parcel Monkey again, parcel delivered by parcel force and Australian post. However days later got a message from PM to say the weight was more than I had confirmed, over twice the weight !!, I weighed it at 1.53g, I know this because I had received the parcel from QVC, which I forwarded onto Australia from England, and the weight was on the QVC delivery note. PM quote the cheapest delivery charge and then try and squeeze more money out of you.
