Express 2 day delivery was paid for and the package was dropped off and registered as received on the morning of 21st December 2020. As of today (2nd January) the parcel is still at the depot with no further updates. Customer service says they cant do anything until the package is delivered. I havent even been able to collect my own package again and use another company.

Sent items to Australia for Christmas, was told it would be there by the 24th they took 45 pounds off me, didnt deliver it in time and said it was due to covid, (covid has been around for almost a year this should be factored into delivery times!!) They also asked for a review on how they did, it is now the 2nd of Jan and they still havent delivered the presents... yet they want a review!!

Great service considering the time of year and parcel going to France. Great value for money and would recommend to anyone considering sending a parcel abroad. Parcel collected from door which was excellent.

The parcel hasnt arrived yet, after a week. Also, tracking information says that it has been exported twice but also says it is still in the uK.

Due to COVID as well as family moving overseas I have used Parcel Monkey both for UK & Bermuda deliveries. Easy to use booking system and no problems with delivery. 5/5 and will continue to use going forward.

This company is RUN BY FRAUDSTERS. Ive selected Parcel Force Express before 9 am and it was delivered 3 days late . So spoken to parcel monkey for a refund and they just lie to me and refuses to refund me. So my family made a PayPal claim and the company never replied to the PayPal Claim so the claim was decided to my favour and refunded me. Everybody who reads this If Parcel monkey refusing to refund you, make a PayPal claim as parcel monkey will not respond and PayPal claim will favour for you and refund you. Everybody do not contact Parcel Monkey as the customer representatives are very rude as they give you lies. Trust me
