Avoid, avoid and again avoid. It is second (and exactly the same) bad experience with Parcel Monkey. Courier did not turn up on a scheduled collection date, even when it was scheduled in advance and delivery was guaranteed next working day before 10.30am. So, if you would like to send something important quickly simply avoid parcel monkey service.

Do not use. This company don’t actually do anything besides loose your parcel and refuse to send you a claim form.

Excellent service. I could not believe how quickly my parcel arrived in Germany from the UK. Communication with sender and buyer was brilliant. I will certainly use Parcel Monkey again,

We used a home collection service. We had emails telling us when the collection would occur and this was made on time. Tracking allowed us to follow the journey of our packages across Europe, they went to our family their. The delivery to them was made on time and in a courteous manner, the packages were undamaged. Parcel Monkey may not be cheap but it is efficient and secure.

I wanted to send a parcel to Germany for Christmas. My local post office quoted £45-£90 with no guarantee when it would arrive. I went on Parcel Monkey and arranged for DPD to collect and deliver for £25. I got a one hour time slot, so wasn’t waiting around all day and the parcel arrived 5 days later. Great service- will definitely us them again.

Wrapped parcel and headed it up with fragile as glass was included. Paid and printed label and took to post office the next morning . Was tracked the whole way to its destination fully intact and arrived 48 hrs later. Great service and reasonable priced.

Sent an item with parcelforce to a argos collection point, argos refused to take it (no idea why) i was unable to have it redelivered to another address and ended up receiving the item back to me. Parcelmonkey refused to refund my original delivery charge of £20+

Sending a parcel to the USA, there was all the information I needed about Customs etc. Easy.
Of course, the senders doing all the work so it should be cheaper than going to the Post Office.

I always use Parcel Monkey to send parcels to Italy and in previous reviews I have given 5stars without any hesitation..However , on this occasion I have had to drop a star as instead of the normal 5 days the parcel took 10 days this time but fortunately we had posted early ...
I would have no hesitation in recommending Parcel monkey as cost, service and delivery are excellent..

Excellent service. I literally sent Christmas to my family in 4 boxes. All arrived in perfect condition. Even the chocolate father Christmases were in tact. Well done!
I will hopefully have two very happy little grandsons on Christmas day.

Great price, collected from my home and delivered rapidly. Good communication throughout the process. As long as you can print the address label, dont look elsewhere if you have a parcel to post.

Our parcels were delivered and within a reasonable timescale. However, the parcel we sent to Switzerlannd to which we attached an invoice as required and detailed the contents as gifts, the Swiss post office wouldn’t release it unless our son paid 40 Swiss francs as it didn’t say on the box that it was a gift? Not sure where the invoice was removed that detailed the contents and had a boxed ticked saying it was a gift?

They have lost our Christmas presents and don’t even have a phone number to call. They don’t chase shipments with a problem and just leave you to beg for help by email.

I used Parcel Monkey UK to send a parcel to my family in Germany.
So easy to book a parcel online, then I just had to print the label and take my parcel to the post office.
I have since used the service again and can definitely recommend it.

This delivery worked well but I have had previous issues in Spain with deliveries hence the four rather than five. Totally accept this may be a partner organisation but neveryheless.
