Dear Sir or Madam I was satisfied of the collection, there was no problem there. Unfortunately, as I was expecting my mothers call to inform me she had received the parcel, the parcel was delivered back at our home, where it was collected from! I tried in vain to contact someone from Parcel Monkey or DPD to understand what had happened, why it was not delivered, why it was not left with a neighbour if the addressee was not home... Therefore i have paid nearly £25 for nothing, my mum was left without any present and I have no way to contact anyone to complain or ask for explanations. I just hope you will read this and come back to me!

I have used parcel monkey in the past and have been happy with service, but my experience this time has been very disappointing. I sent a parcel to Austria. The tracking info informed me it was on its way, and an email was sent to the receiver to say it was arriving. Unfortunately, 8 days later, the parcel arrived back at my home address in England. I have emailed parcel monkey, who have responded, but it is too slow. “ They are going to investigate” My parcel is sitting here with me...what is there to investigate. It should be picked up asap or I should be refunded immediately

I was most impressed with parcel monkey I sent 2 parcels 1 to Cornwall 1 to Newcastle they picked up 3pm day before Christmas Eve they had parcels 10 am Christmas Eve and they brought labels will definitely use again as very reasonably priced

I cant imagine going anywhere else to send our parcels.
Boxes over the Festive period arrived on time ... some even early, one box to Germany took two days! All at the best price possible. Love Parcel Monkeys easy to use site, weve relied on them throughout 2020 and they have come through, every time.

In fairess Parcel Monkey were OK (could do with a telephone number or a call back facility in this sort of case) but two weeks after I sent a parcel via DPD the receipent has still not received the goods. The delivery address was a business that is often manned 24/7 but DPD claim there was nobody there. They even had three failed delivery attempts at 00.01 (I think they were just box ticking) We even sent photos of the property just in case they got the wrong location still no joy. Lets hope they receive the parcel soon or they may as well keep the gift for next Christmas. Don

The most complicated way to send a parcel ever, if you dont know the recipients life story and inside leg measurement then dont bother. Absolutely ridiculous

I completed packing my parcels at 3.30am, they were collected before midday and were delivered to Dublin (from the U.K.) 3 days later. I have used Parcel Monkey before and will continue to do so. Excellent service, simple and efficient. The driver was friendly too! Highly recommended!

Seem to get a better service now from ParcelMonkey.
I did use DPD for international delivery in 2 Days - and it happened.

Paid for 2 doors to be collected and delivered. Doors were collected then were not delivered and I have had no satisfactory answers to where the doors are. I am currently owed £600.00 for doors and paid £100.00 for them to be stolen (delivered)
