I’m sorry that I cannot recommend your service. I accurately weighed my parcel on digital scales at 4.1 kg. However you took extra money out of my account saying that it weighed over 6kg which i 100% dispute. This is completely immoral how you can take more money from me without any redress. David.

Wonderful service . I cant fault it in any way . My large box was sent to Germany at a very reasonable price . It was collected from my house and delivered in the estimated 2 days - fully tracked .

Ive used parcel monkey many times now and Ive never had an issue purchasing postage, its straight forward and cheap. Any problems caused on my side, wether its a missed collection or incorrect label, they have always resolved the issue without delay. Top service

Parcel was collected on time by DPD at 10am Monday morning and arrived in France on Wednesday. Excellent service and competitive price. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

Excellent service yet again. Two parcels collected Monday lunchtime, first arrived on Wednesday morning and the other one on Thursday afternoon. This is to rural France, really in the middle of nowhere. No damage to either parcel as usual.

No complaints about range of carriers and prices - all went well this end when Courier collected my parcel. However, despite tracking confirmation that parcel was delivered to local retailer (Yella Shop, Kings Road, St Leonards on Sea) for pick up, and receipt of pin for collection, the parcel shop denied having received it. Courier are investigating but for now it looks like a load of Christmas presents have gone missing. Not Parcel Monkey’s fault but frustrating when you’ve tried to get something delivered on time, plus people in Yella Shop very rude and they never answer the phone. Is there a service level agreement between carriers and parcel collection shops? Very disappointed.

Easy to use, all parcels collected from my house so I didn’t need to queue at post office. All parcels delivered on time including the one to Sydney Australia. Will definitely use again.

Website was easy to use - no problems. The only thing was that my parcel took a while to arrive - however it was going to the US and it was in December. No complaints.

Used Parcelmonkey loads of times and never had a problem. If there is an issue they sort it politely, fairly and in a short time. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
