Fantastic reliable service. Delivered a parcel from london to America and it was quick. Very good at updating the customer about the parcel en route. Will use again

After cancelling my parcel which did not get collected for 12 days, parcel monkey sent me a set of knives that clearly belong to someone else. Since something was delivered they messaged me that the refund for my parcel cannot be processed. They are lucky I love surprises.

Unfortunately this seems the only way to get a reply from this company! I am still waiting for a reply from several messages. I have still not received the insurance that i paid for despite my product being lost. You may hope that we will just forget it and give up but I am afraid this simply wont happen. I request that you reply to my messages, return my item or refund the item as it was insured and honour the commitment you made a company!

Worked very well , I arranged the collection of an item on eBay that I wanted but the seller had collection only. This allowed me a number of options quickly and made the search easy.
Added to that I got a competitive rate.
Note with the company I chose all the info was sent to me so I had to forward the collection label to the seller to print off . I did enter their email address when setting it up but it didn’t send the label direct. May work differently with different companies.

Really pleased with the service. It was easy to arrange the collection and delivery despite it being a fairly large and heavy box, and a fair price. I was kept informed throughout. Many thanks - I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parcel has not been delivered and instead of looking into this, your agents are continually asking what the contents of the parcel are so as to tell the courier? Why is this relevant? I am beyond frustrated by this. Will never use your service again and now gifts are lost and your communication is awful. Very angry and disappointed. Do not use this service.

Courier just didn’t turn up. PM state “We do not offer compensation for late or missed collections I am afraid”. Compensation? I PAID for next day delivery. You haven’t fulfilled! This is theft. I will use another courier from now on. Bye bye PM.

There should be a zero rating here - absolutely awful service, from 3 parcel only 2 were delivered, the last one has gone missing, after trying to receive a refund, giving all the details (why the hell they needed me to describe the parcel??) I have been accused of never sending it! Today after a MONTH - I have received the parcel back, which apparently - I have never posted, is that a joke? AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The booking, drop off etc was a good experience. However, thats where it ends. My parcel cannot be tracked after the 19th December and Parcel Monkey dont care at all. Its taken me a week of nagging just to get them to look into it. I am not allowed to speak to the courier (DPD) as PM are the account holder. PM say they are only a price comparison site so they have to wait for the courier. You cant call anyone, you can only be fobbed off via email or instant chat. Not helpful

I used this service to send Christmas gifts to family that we were unable to see due to Covid restrictions. The website was very easy to use. I selected the service I wanted to use & followed the instructions. All very easy. After taking payment I got an email which included labels to print off. My parcel was collected on 04.01.21 & was delivered to the recipient the following day. For what it cost it was excellent service and I will certainly recommend it to friends and use the service again.

I paid for a tracking service for a small parcel to South Africa Parcel never arrived and Parcel Monkey were unable to track it I took Insurance for a small value on used items and they will not pay this amount as they want invoice copies Very unprofessional and they failed to provide the service paid for

My parcel was collected 5 hours EARLIER than the time I was given (so lucky it was packed up and ready to go) but it was delivered safely and on time so I would use Parcel Monkey again.

This service is the worst, I’ve not been able to get any help, I paid £120 for a parcel to be delivered to my kids valued at £200 and they still have not received it, it’s now Jan 6th and no one can tell me what’s happening with it. I will be writing a review every day until my kids get their gifts.

Yes their prices are great Ive used the number of times and I would have given them 4 possibly five stars but after the service Ive had this year when my parcel went missing over the Christmas period has been absolutely diabolical. My parcel was picked up on the 3rd of December and it went miss him between these and DPD now.dpd dont let you speak to them regarding it because you booked it all through parcel monkey the only way to communicate with them is through live chat or email and is all you Ive had from them for a month is just give us more time when dealing with it just give us more time Im they dont seem to want to do anything other than that they wont give out their policies and they dont seem to want to refund via the insurance that I paid out for on my parcel either. So from this I would say that this company is very much a hit-and-miss experience when its good and working its good when things go bad they dont want to know and they dont do nothing to help you or reimburse you so on your own head be it.

I needed to send a large,heavy fagile parcel without it costing the earth. I was told about parcel monkey. It was quick and easy to use. Was able to track the parcel and was delivered within 24hrs. Would definitely use again

I discovered this site a few years ago and have been using it on and off since then. It makes life so easy, with clear pricing and competitive rates, all at the same place. My collection was done at the agreed time, the parcel delivered when it should have and all this at the really busy period of New Year. I will keep using them and I recommend them.

Used Parcel monkey a couple of times now, both for domestic and international parcels. Always really efficient and much cheaper options than sending through Royal Mail. Would definitely recommend.

I sent a 25kg parcel to Japan over the New Year weekend.
The value for money was excellent in comparison to the big hitters, half the price and the parcel arrived ahead of expectations.
I have used Parcel Monkey and experienced delays so not always perfect...but my last two parcels with DHL were more than double the cost and took a lot longer to arrive and involved shockingly bad customer service.

I was going to wait until ParcelMonkey had solved my current problem to leave them a 1-star, but as its now been 3 weeks, and theyre still making minimal effort to help me, with no signs of progress on the horizon, I may as well leave it now. In short, two parcels collected for UK 24 hour delivery on 21st December. One arrived 9 days late, on the 31st. One is still missing today, 6th Jan. So, the overall issue is one of an inability to carry out the service they offer. But then you contact Customer Support... When you contact CS, a random member of staff will reply to your ticket each time by apologising, before asking you to be patient. Repeat ad nauseam. In fairness to ParcelMonkey, their staff are VERY good at apologising, and asking customers to be patient. When you ask to escalate your query to a manager, these queries are also responded to by the regular CS staff, who simply copy and paste replies from managers, while forgetting that you can see that the name of the person who sent it doesnt match the name at the end of the message. Staff are either unwilling, or unable to answer the simplest of questions. No phone numbers or other ways of contacting, so youre stuck with dealing with them. The absolute definition of a middle-man - happy to take your money, but either uninterested or incapable when things go wrong. I used to use ParcelMonkey a few years back, and so approached them this time expecting good things. Im not exaggerating when I say this has been the worst customer experience Ive ever had, that it continues to get worse with each passing day, and I can only recommend that everyone reading this avoid them, and go directly with the couriers. You will likely get a better service, and if things go wrong, youre at least able to deal with someone who can help you.
