Did a good job albeit the delivery took nearly 2 weeks instead of estimated 4 days. But can’t blame you guys for Brexit and covid delays, and it was Christmas too. All in all I am pleased.

I pre-paid via this company and had the weight and price confirmed at the Post Office. I have now had an email saying they are taking another £7 as it is twice the weight I said. This is rubbish and something has gone wrong somewhere

Website was easy to use. Collection set up for Dec 23 but didn’t happen. Guy said I wasn’t available but I was here all day. Then it got difficult. Opted for new collection on 29th Dec but had no confirmation for that.
I was on the point of cancelling on 29th as there was no indication that my pickup was in the system. Whilst searching for cancel button a new message appeared saying parcel would be collected that day. An hour later it was collected and 24 hours later was delivered and I was able to follow its journey all the way.
To be fair I think the courrier was completely overrun before Christmas and used inexperienced drivers who couldn’t find the houses.
Normally Parcel Monkey is reliable.

Do not trust this company - paid for delivery of a car part, that they clearly state they do deliver on their website, but sent item back to us stating that parelforce do not deliver that type of part. They where very happy to take our money off us! Despite trying to contact them several times their response was poor and they now refuse to give us back our money - very misleading! Were now over £40 out of pocket and still have the undelivered item back in our garage!

Shocking service - really unhappy. Paid £38 for a 48hr delivery, collected on 22/12 and should of been delivered on 24th. Was completely ok with it being after Christmas and know there may be a delay - however it was recorded on the tracking it was attempted two times on the 24th and the recipient was not in, so they were advised to collect from depot... no card was left so how were they advised if they were not there to talk to/give parcel?? No attempts were actually made at all for delivery as there have been in house 24/7 for the whole week. I then called up on 27th to chase up as it stated it was returned to sender (me). The guy assured me it would be at the depot still and he would email them to ensure it was not returned to me but to go out the next day to the recipient.... two days later it turned up back to me! This was a pram that someone paid a lot if money for and needed straightaway! Absolutely **** service - will never use parcel monkey or parcel force again - as they will just blame each other why it never got delivered! Really disappointed.

Very Competitive price. This was a large parcel and was delivered a day earlier than expected. Tracking system in place all the time. The contents were delivered undamaged. Excellent Service I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

This is the 3rd time we have used this service 2 for uk parcels and one to an EU country. One issue remains that the person/s at Bridle Road Croydon signed themselves (illiterate yobs) signed themselves as XP1. not very clever. I hope it wasnt the driver!

Very happy with service. Parcelforce picked up parcel and delivered within 24hours. Much cheaper than going direct.

Unfortunatly my parcel was returned to me. I have recieved no explanation or refund dispite several inquiries. This was my second time useing Parcel Monkey and this is such a shame as the first time went so well.

The item was supposed to be next day for delivery on 31st Dec. It still hasnt arrived! Notes on tracking say unable to deliver yet they didnt try. Customer services however were great

Amazing service, parcels always get there on time and prices are unbeatable. Its just a shame the DX courier driver always leaves the gate open and dogs have got out onto the road twice now.

I’m a massive fan of parcel monkey. First used the site to send a huge parcel to family in France that would have cost a fortune through Royal Mail. I’ve since used them for all my Christmas deliveries including servers large boxes sent last minute following the tier 4 announcement. Fantastic service which I’d highly recommend! If I had one tiny piece of feedback I would ask that parcel monkey do something to help you distinguish which label is for which parcel once they’re printed - I had several all going to the same address but all different weights / postage costs. I was only able to figure out which was which by checking back on my receipt to see how much insurance I had included. So something that would make it easier to tell which parcel went with which label would be great :-)

Delivery was more than twice the time advertised I know it was Christmas time so they should have altered their delivery times to take this into account.

Absolutely disgusting; spent £56 on sending a 5kg parcel to Canada before Christmas via Parcelforce - got an email yesterday to say my card had been charged a further £86 as the parcel had a volumetric weight of 26 kg!!! The Canadian recipient has sent me a photo proving the parcel was only 5kg - sadly Parcel Monkey believe Parcelforce rather than their customer.
