Excellent, very reasonably priced service to get our curtains packed up by my parents out to us in NZ. Will definitely be using them again and again

Very happy with Parcel Monkey. Easy website to use and clear instructions. The only thing I would comment on is that there was no information from Parcel Force as to what time the packages would be collected. Stayed around all day and they were not picked up until 7.30pm. Tracking was ok up to a point.. Two packages, one for next day delivery and one for 48 hour delivery. However, both took 48 hours, which meant the recipient of one stayed around all day unnecessarily. This could have been because of Covid, but some notification would have been helpful.

This the first time I have used Parcel Monkey. I was recommended the website. I paid 1/3 of the price quoted for my parcel at PO. I sent a large parcel to Sweden through Parcel Force. I will def use again. Also the parcel was collected from my home which worked well for me.

DO NOT USE! We posted a parcel that weights 3.8kg, so it was up to 4kg for pricing. However parcel monkey came back saying it weighed 6.4kg and charged extra. They are fraudsters DO NOT USE.

Ive sent my parcel 6 days ago, still havent received any tracking details, so I have no idea where the parcel is or if its on track to be delivered. I contacted customer service via email - 72 hours later, still no reply. Ive never had the problem with Parcel Monkey before, so I hope this is a reflection of pandemic and that my parcel will find its way to recipient at some point.

Very easy to use. Parcel delivered to EU within a week using DPD. Far better than using Royal Mail which gets parcels as far as Italy and then they sit in a sorting office for two weeks!
