I keep so many sending five star reviews to Parcel Monkey that people will assume they’re fake!
Not so, I’m a Joe Public and happen to use PM regularly for parcels to Germany. The average drop off to delivery is three days. I mean, what’s not to like?

We sent a small parcel, weighing 6kg and 48*30*25cm from the Uk to the Netherlands. We dropped it off mid afternoon on a Tuesday and it arrived in the afternoon of Thursday - 48hour delivery! It arrived before other, smaller parcels that we posted at the same time to UK addresses. We had paid fro tracking which worked well, but not for high sped delivery, yet that is what we got. Excellent service

Collected on time (Tue 8th) - good Two day priority delivery Is one week now (Tue 15th) and parcel still reported as in the UK - poor No updates and response from anyone. Just the ‘delays possible due to high load and COVID’ Poor deal

They did not deliver my parcel to a friend in France instead he had to collect it from a depot. GLS kept stating insufficient address but it was correct. The delivery address was up in the mountains of southern France. My view is they couldnt be bothered!!

The price was good, But whilst I paid and booked for 2 to 3 day service, the parcel took like 8 days to reach. Also some of the items were then became useless. Did not get the service what I paid for .

Very courteous man collecting parcel from me at pick up. Parcel delivered very very quickly (UK to US). I noted that when it was delivered, the handlers put extra tape to secure the parcel, which was a very welcome move.

Everything worked smoothly. 10 minutes to fill the data and pay, the parcel picked up when agreed and then delivered on time. Not expensive if compared with what I paid (more then double) for something similar at the Post Office just to be delivered much later then what was promised (and still waiting for an answer to my claim).

Whilst it’s not exactly cheap to send parcels to Spain, Parcel Monkey provided a realistic price compared with multiple parcel shipping providers.
The tracking service is great and you can see where your parcel is or has been throughout the journey.
Parcels arrived in good condition and on time. They actually arrived in Spain quicker than a parcel I sent within the UK via Royal Mail

joke of a company !! non responsive to emails. paid for a next day pick up service. waited 3 days no one came. when I contacted Courier they said it hadnt been booked with them. Still waiting after over a week for a refund. despite using the messaging service, no replies and no other way to contact them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Though the service was cheap it was also below par. From the collection coming on a day I’d cancelled to the tracking number being broken, and when I got the right one still saying the item was in the local depot after it has been delivered in the Middle East. It was stressful and not as good as promised. It got there in the advertised time scale, just.
