Hi, one of my next day delivery is not just being delayed but I am getting absolutely rubbish replies from both Parcelmonkey and Courier. Needless to say, I wouldnt be using them again.

I have used DPD via parcel monkey for a number of parcels. 3 out of 4 times used they have provided an exceptional service. In sending parcels to France relatives have generally received parcel with 3 days of collection from UK. I will continue to use parcel monkey after a false start.

Excellent service again from Parcel Monkey! DPD picked up my parcel, second one in two months, on the arranged date and time in the UK on a Thursday morning, and it arrived at its destination in Austria on the following Monday morning, brilliant! I will definitely use Parcel Monkey for my Grandsons Birthday and Christmas presents again next year . . . thank you!

I needed to get a package to my grandson in Spain for Christmas as he’s not allowed home. It was an easy process to book online. Dropped off on Friday and it was delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Really couldn’t expect better. Will use again in future.

The parcel I shipped was due to be delivered to my elderly, disabled father-in-law directly to his home address in Spain but instead its been delivered to a "collection point" - no idea how he is going to find this or get there to collect his Christmas presents! Disappointed.com.

Prices are competitive and the service excellent. I sent a parcel to Italy which is a country with a notoriously hit and miss postal service and it arrived in under a week. Ive used Parcel monkey in the past and will definitely use them again. Brilliant service!

I was given the tracking code. When l went to drop my parcel to the drop point in Morrisons, they scanned my parcel and the barcode was rejected. I was given serial contact numbers which l did not get any help. Up to now my parcel has not been delivered. I cannot get any help. Could you kindly refund me..so that l find another efficient reliable service user. Thanks. Annoyed Customer

Ive been using post office for most of my deliveries. When its more than 2kg parcelforce charges 4x for international untracked deliveries. Came to Parcel Monkey and found that it has reasonably priced and tracked delivery options. Its usually cheaper than going direct too. Havent had any issues with Parcel Monkey. I recommend everyone to use it.

Parcel shows as delivered but it is sitting in custom. Printed all labels asked for, driver said something missing but he would get at office. Now customs saying not got right documents l. Disappointed as sons Xmas bad enough he is far away and we can visit him
