I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times for both UK and International deliveries and have found them to be very efficient, fast and cost-effective. This year has proved what a great service they provide and has ensured me as a long term customer for sure.

Sent two packages through parcel monkey. Both collected as agreed and due to be delivered in 24hrs Both reached destination 4 days later. I know it’s busy but why say 24hrs (& pay for it!!) & not do it. Rather disappointing.

I Recommend Parcel Monkey
I am quite impressed with this company and wish I knew about them sooner. After going to the post office with 2 big parcels for Europe and being quoted around £50 to send each parcel I decided against it. I came home and my husband suggested I send by courier which I always thought was much more expensive. I was really surprised by the Parcel Monkey quotes which were £13 for each parcel. Well thats already a huge saving. Whats more is that each parcel arrived 2 weeks earlier than one I had sent 3 days previously! Their instructions are also very easy to follow. I will only use Parcel Monkey instead of Royal Mail going forwards.

Used for the first time, I will use again as it was pretty simple, I had an issue with my printer, but was able to email a friend to get the labels printed.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because I had to queue inside a post office to drop off, this may be due to that particular location, but having a drop off that means you don’t have to go into a building would be great especially in these tricky times.

Sent my son & granddaughters presents over 3weeks ago thinking they would receive them in plenty of time for Christmas, it is now 2 days before Christmas and they still have not arrived. They also took another £25 out of my account it has cost me £89 in total for presents that have not arrived. Very disappointed

Excellent service all round. Parcel was collected from UK Dec 16th (within 2 hours of placing the order on the website) and delivered to France Dec 18th - very impressed with the speed and efficiency!
Parcel was received in great condition, a great service from Parcel Monkey, DPD and Chronopost. Delivery within 48 hours and under £15, totally awesome!
Will definitely use in the future.

I had paid for express delivery which was 3-5 days, it’s been 6 days and the parcel still hasn’t reached the consignee. The updates weren’t clear of what was happening with the parcel.

Excellent website
The website is very easy to use and our collections and deliveries were completed well within the stated timescales. Prices were surprisingly low.
All in all I cannot fault the service provided by both Parcel Monkey and the couriers.

Straightforward and uncomplicated service to use. My parcel going overseas was delayed by the courier but Parcelmonkey followed it up quickly and the issue was resolved; good customer service.

Very poor service. Best to go directly to a carrier as you will at least have a real tracking number and not have to go through a middle man like parcel monkey. Prices are the same going direct. I had a nightmare with Parcel Monkey not collecting parcels. No way to contact the shipping companies direct. After 3 no-shows I went via a shipper directly. I’m still waiting for my refund. Avoid parcel monkey.

I paid £17.26 to deliver a flat cardboard envelope to Portugal, on DPDs 5-7 day delivery. It was collected two days after the stated collection date, on 9th December. By 22nd December it has still not arrived, and the DPD tracking has three entries from three different dates saying "We were unable to deliver your parcel". Parcel Monkey said they would contact DPD and let me know what was happening. They have not. There is no telephone number on the Parcel Monkey site, and the online chat has disappeared. I would not use this site again.

Addressee not advised of the location of his parcel when it reached Sweden, & could not track online because the tracking number changes between countries.
However, a call to a very helpful customer service advisor at Parcel Force UK provided the new tracking number & the parcel was located. I would advise setting up tracking for any parcels to Sweden

Drop parcel off mid afternoon in Newcastle and parcel was delivered by DPD the next day mid morning in Bristol, cost was £10 for a 6 kg box with insurance, very pleased.

I have used Parcel Monkey regularly to send items to my daughter in Hong Kong. Unfortunately they have just let me down big time by using a Courier in Hong Kong that did not attempt to deliver a parcel but returned it to the Depot, meaning that my grandchildren have no presents this Christmas as they were all in the parcel. I was not contacted at any point until after the parcel had been returned, nor was my daughter. They had her phone number and sent her emails saying the parcel would be arriving today. However, as I said, the parcel was returned instead to the UK. Unfortunately Parcel Monkey have no phone number that you can ring them on to discuss urgent matters, one has to rely on online chat which is no use in urgent matters like this.
