Nothing but praise!
By far the cheapest carrier to France, collected promptly and quickly, trackable the whole way, and arrived safely and again, very quickly. I will definitely use Parcel Monkey Again, a faultless performance!

Im pleased with the service I booked through Parcelforce despite delivery taking over a week; the parcel arrived in good condition, excellent price and with tracking updates provided so I cant complain.
I would use the service again. The delays were probably due to the current coronavirus and are acceptable in this situation.

I had booked to get my order collected on Monday and paid extra to have it done this day, however on Monday I received a call to say they couldnt pick up my order until Tuesday. I wrote to Parcel Monkey to complain however I still havent received an answer from them.

Really really happy with their customer service, they were willing to assist my issue within an hour, which was great!! However, if the delivery service was a little quicker, then I would given it 5Stars. Anyways, Id recommend them to anyone!

Dont deal with disputes at all well. It is clear that the courier has made an enormous error with the weight of my item. The size of the box is miniscule but they are suggesting it weights 5 times more than the maximum size for the item, which is already 1.5 times what it weighed. Its totally preposterous and the company takes the view its the customers responsibility to prove it in arrears. They also dont state on their terms and conditions that photographic proof requires the packing label in picture, including when you take photos with a tape measure. They actually sent me details which show I overstated the size of the package and yet somehow I got the weight massively wrong. Poor poor approach. They wont even ask for proof and as the middleman you have no ability to pursue yourself.

Sent one parcel to France and one to UK. UK one delivered the next day and the french one before the end of the week. Perfect. Kept up to date on collection and delivery too. Will definitely use again.

Customer service is dreadful. Courier failed to another courier twice despite being next day delivery so I asked for a refund. Theres no contact number or email address just the line chat. Ive been told Ill be contacted by the finance team but have since been ignored along with any requests for an update.

Searched the internet for carrier to deliver some documents to the USA and Parcel Monkey’s quote was competitive and there were many drop off points close by. Their description matched the whole process and goods were delivered exactly as quoted. Well done.

Awful experience using Parcel Monkey. They managed to stick a completely different address on my package, despite it being VERY clearly labelled. Christmas parcel hasn’t even left England yet but is now on its way to France, and is apparently impossible to intercept. Meanwhile I have received the package intended for France. Customer services completely unhelpful.
