Very Easy to Use. This was the second time I used Parcel Monkey and would use them again. Only one snag I came across - I accidentally clicked on the wrong item and a mistake cannot be undone online. You have to phone them during office hours to cancel, which I totally forgot to do so the guy came to collect and I wasnt in. Not sure if a refund is possible because of that.

Parcel monkey is superb A***
Used over 20 times, parcels from uk to France (but you must use dpd)
Dpd service incredible and then cronapost when it arrives in France.
Keeps you informed and 3 days delivery from being picked up uk to your door in France
Won’t use anyone else ????

A great service. Easy to organise online and a good choice of drop off locations. The tracking system was the best I have ever used, so it was easy to follow the 2 parcels. They were delivered 24 hours after collection from the drop off point, which was amazing especially given the pre-Christmas rush. I had been quite stressed about getting the parcels delivered and in time for Christmas, but they arrived in A1 condition and so quickly which took all the stress away! A great service for a very reasonable price - brilliant.

Really easy to choose the right option for sending a parcel, very clear and several options and price ranges. I chose dropping off in a parcel shop and delivery was very prompt, even with Covid and Brexit.

Seamless process, from booking my parcel in online, to label being sent by email and easy drop off in my local shop. The parcel arrived in France in the timescale advertised. Shopped around and this was the best value I could find. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again.

I would recomend parcel monkey to anyone. I sent my parcel by courier and it was delivered to Edinburgh from Co. Durham in 24 hrs at a very good price. What more could you ask for at Xmas time when everyone is sending parcels. Excellent service

Cheaper than any other service, less faff with Customs forms, next day pick up and extremely quick delivery. Cant fault them.

Absolutely awful! Never picked up my parcel the fist day said they tried yet was sat in all day no one came next day they didn’t even say they attempted! Couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone and tracking didn’t work! Awful

I send more time parcel the last time wash many mixed stuff. First when is collect the parcel say one and come after in a different day and time ! After delivering the is charged me again for a very small extra dkg! Just rubbish!

Parcel collected on time. However despite supposedly being Next Day Delivery , in fact a day three days hence give after collection. Despite being given two earlier time slots for delivery, parcel finally arrived five days after collection. However do appreciate demand is exceptionally high at present.
