Drop off point for parcel was tricky as two places in central Bristol were not operating but once posted my parcel got to it’s far flung destination in Qatar quicker than I expected. Good value too!

I think Parcel Monkey is a reliable,competitive, easy to use system. Ive dropped a star because the courier came an hour and a half early so couldnt collect the parcel. He came the next day though and by the following morning the parcel was delivered 250 miles away! Parcel force eat your heart out!

WHY OH WHY DID I USE PARCEL MONKEY? Delivery estimate 3-6 days to US. NOW: 32 DAYS and counting! Please PM stop my parcel from unnecessarily re-crossing the Atlantic and causing UNNECESSARY AND AVOIDABLE DAMAGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. Just deliver it to the intended recipient in the US as you contracted to do! Parcel was never presented for delivery to recipient as claimed - no missed delivery notes, no courier spotted by recipient or neighbours. Indeed, recipient offered to collect it but no-one could tell him where it was! Perhaps courier tried to deliver it to the wrong address? SUPPORT IS NO USE AT ALL. FEEL QUITE HELPLESS AND THIS IS A PARCEL WHICH COST £137 TO SEND!!!

Parcel never delivered. When I asked where my parcel is, first I was asked 10 times the same question, what’s in the parcel and what the parcel looks like, then they said they will contact the courier and get back to me soon. 5 days and still love reply! Still no idea where my parcel Is, if it’s delayed lost or destroyed! The webpage customer support messaging system is not working on phones! And when you ask for any updates on your case, they just say the same thing, we’re sorry for the inconvenience we will contact you soon! I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Arranging the collection of the parcel was very easy and clear instructions were provided on packaging and the labels to be used (took a bit of digging to find this info before committing to use the service though).
Estimated delivery (Sydney) was 11th December.
Tracking details via Parcel Monkey still show that it’s out for delivery.
The link to the local courier (a norsk company) says delivery is being arranged.
So, up until 2 days ago the service was pretty good, but now we are left without a meaningful update on when the parcel will be delivered - almost 2 weeks after it was collected by Parcel Force.

The price to post a parcel with Parcelpost at the post office was over £23. TO POST VIA PARCEL MONKEY with Parcelpost was £9.00. Unbelievable value. So simple. Great service

Ive used parcel monkey so many times. Usually its fine and my parcels arrived quickly (and cheaper than the post office). However the times I have had things go missing its been a real hassle with them and Ive never received a full refund for even just the postage cost. Most recently DPD said they wouldnt pick my parcel up (or anyone elses) from the drop off shop and told me I could have a full refund but I had to get it through parcel monkey. I had to endure 3 months of parcel monkey trying to get out of refunding me AGAIN!! Eventually, after 3 months, they gave me a part refund but refused to refund VAT. They told me Id have to contact HM revenue! Another time they told me I hadnt measured my parcel correctly and took £26 out of my account and I couldnt even do anything about it. I sent them photos of my parcel before Id posted it with the measuring tape on to prove it was a mistake at their end. They wouldnt accept the photos as proof because they said they couldnt read the numbers on the tape (I could see them clearly!) I tried to send them a higher res photo so they could zoom in to see the numbers but they wouldnt accept a larger file. I asked if I could send them the larger files via wetransfer but they ignored my messages after that. Basically, they have done anything to avoid refunding me when Ive been entitled to one. Would not use again.

Always come back to using Parcel monkey to send parcels to Denmark from U.K. Courier was Parcel Force and collected from my house. Said it would arrive in 2-3 days, however, it took longer than that but I always send early to avoid any issues possibly arising. Parcel monkey offer very competitive prices and have never had a problem with them. Parcels have always been delivered undamaged and in good condition.
