Run away as far as you can from this service if youre a business. If there was a way to give a zero star, I would have selected that, that is how bad the service is. Ive had to deal with so many errors and mistakes. Missed collections, missed deliveries, tracking links not working. And to top it off, I told them in advance that I will miss collections because the tracking link is not updating but they still kept insisting dont worry and Ive had collections being missed up to 2-3 days for individual parcels. So collection was made 3 days late and everyday, it was the same story. And when they know they messed up, they dont respond to the ticket, they wait for hours to pass so you really cannot say anything. There is no form of communication over telephone. When you ask to complain, they give a postal address to write to, so the complaint system is dated 2 centuries ago. Beware, if you do decide to use them on a regular basis, remember, you yourself will be working as an employee to keep on top of the orders because their team is useless. I even spoon fed them with the issues and problems and they still couldnt help. The most horrible experience ever. Had to move to another provider as it was effecting me mentally and just kept me angry all day long. And of course, my customers were upset with me because their products were being delayed.

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey in the last month. Again I have received an excellent service cannot praise enough. The whole process was easy to follow from start to finish with the added bonus of knowing I had saved money by using them. Will deffinitely use them when sending parcels in the future.

Where do I start. From a late pick up, to awful "scripted" responses to queries. They have no contact number, and I waited a month for an update on my parcel after chasing everyday via online messenger- their only method of communication. They wont pass on the courier companies details for "privacy reasons" but they dont have good enough relationships with the courier companies to be able to manage your booking. Was charged customs duty on delivery due to the courier company they used having "wholesale" in their name and my parcel being considered as commercial. Absolutely not worth the "saving". My advice would be avoid at all costs and go direct with a courier company.

I appreciate that the run up to Xmas was a v difficult busy time but both my parcels were booked as a 2 day delivery & they took over a week to arrive, I was not happy.

I have used them to send a parcel to Greece on the 4th December /viaParcel Force courier and paid extra for express (5 day door to door delivery). The only bit that was good was the pick up of the parcel. From 15 December onwards I have exchange more than 30 emails with them through their online customer service and theyve been not helpful. First the package was stuck in the UK for 3 weeks. Now it has reached Greece, it is within the final destination but it has not been delivered yet. I ask them what is happening and they tell me the adressee needs to contact the local delivery place to pick up - no mention of contact, not mention of who is the delivery service no mention of anything. A total farce. All this time they tell dont contact the courier - we do it. I have contacted Parcel Force separately - they are another Farce too!

I used parcel monkey for the first time just before Christmas and was thrilled with their service. I was able to compare all postal options and choose the one that suited me. I selected collect from door and deliver by next day and the parcel was collected within 15 minutes of my booking. It was delivered, in good order, exactly when we were told it would be delivered.

Was quite sceptical about sending my parcel to HK recently. But it was collected on wed, saw the regular updates and was delivered that Sunday. Extremely pleased and simple to use.

Worked like clockwork and DHL were superb
They and DPD are leagues above the rest giving time slot info for collecting and delivery is where the industry should be. Makes Royal Mail and Parcelforce look like tin pot operations! Now.
