The initial process was seamless. We then received a text advising the frame in which the parcel was to be collected. However, they never turned up. We were not advised by text but email that it was to be later in the afternoon.
Putting that all to one side the parcel was delivered the following day on time and undamaged.
We will be using this service again and would highly recommend them.

Good service, convenient drop off locations and able to track the parcel all the way to Dublin with regular updates. In the past Royal Mail and Irish Mail between them have taken over twice as long and has cost more.
It’s Parcel Monkey for me from now on.

Great service, only thing ,they did not give us a window to when they would collect , so missed first day pick up. next day was fine I waited in quick and efficient service at both ends.

Fabulous service from Parcel Monkey, so helpful from start to finish. My parcel was collected prompt on arranged day and I was able to follow its journey through to delivery from one side of the country to the other, all within twenty four hours at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and highly recommend Thank you Parcel Monkey !

I got a very good deal with Parcel monkey. I saved more then half price. Its said my parcel is going to arrive in 3-5 days and it did. Im very satisfied with the service. Would recommend it.

Good for finding a variety of delivery services and costs - but then pass the buck if there is a problem. My parcel has been stuck in the UK for the past 11 days - and still no sign of it beingYour parcel is being prepared for export and will soon be leaving the UK. We took our parcel that was meant to go to Spain down to the dpd drop off. It was due to arrive in Spain in 5 or so days ready for 2 big family birthdays. A week later We checked the tracking and it said it was still at the drop off (dpd). We contacted parcel monkey to complain as it should have been in Spain at this point to which we received the same generic response each time over the period of another week apologising for inconvenience and not much else really other than saying they were chasing the courier who never responded for over a week. In the end given that the big birthday was missed we went down to the drop off to find our parcel still sat on the side. No dpd collection and parcel monkey hadn’t spoken to the courier or the shop. We took our box back and asked parcel monkey to reorganise a new courier at their expense given this parcel was now 2 weeks late in being delivered, had missed the deadline and we were now a week before Christmas and out of pocket. We got told we’d get a refund and no compensation for this error. Massively unimpressed, the least they could have done is rearrange the parcel to be delivered at their expense given the mistake and given we are still out of pocket trying to chase a refund with the parcel in our house not in Spain.

So pleased with parcel monkey.. saved me a fortune in sending a parcel to Germany..cost a third of the price of going direct with Parcelforce and it arrived super quick. Totally recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks parcel monkey :)

why would anyone use these people, they dont have a phone line and quote you a price initially then when you add the details the price always goes up, then afterwards they charge you extra due to so called volumetric weight thats why we use another courier now

Leeds parcel arrived at its destination the following day of pick up.
Germany parcels are now in Germany, took just under a wk. Im sure they will be at their destination by the end of this wk, or beginning of next wk.

Really easy service to use and really clearly explained on the website, parcel collected on time and delivered on time as well. Only issue I had was having to run round and find a printer to print the label, having the ability to have a parcel collected/dropped off without printing a label at home would be fab.
