I would not use this company ever again after the problem I have had with my delivery.They are not interested in helping you with the company they advertise parcel hero . I was sending my young son a Xmas parcel and they took out the aftershave and then lost the parcel .Nobody wanted to help so will take them to small claims court Both companies should be ashamed .Don’t use them

Excellent speedy international delivery, from north of Scotland to Spain.
The recipients were out at delivery time but were able to pick up the parcel promptly soon afterwards due to clear instructions.

Initially thought a good service - first delivery gave me a time the parcel would be picked up. The 2nd and 3rd couriers did not - meaning I had to wait in until 5pm on both days. Also I was given to believe the parcels would be delivered in 4-6 days arriving latest 21st Dec- they have emailed saying the parcel expected arrival 5th Jan ! I don’t think I’d use again for overseas delivery. Perhaps good to list which couriers offer the allocated time if delivery service (I’d probably pay extra for it)

The service in the UK was brilliant- unfortunately there were lots of issues once the parcel reached Italy. It was sent to the wrong depot and now my sister won’t receive her presents until after Christmas- even though it should have arrived well in time!

Excellent as always. Parcel arrived on time in perfect condition. Used 4 times this year sending parcels to my daughter in France and will continue to use. Phenomenal service in both quality and cost.

Easy to register on site. Procedure for printing out labels easy to follow. Parcel was picked up at the time specified. Tracking was available and parcel was delivered to address approximately 120 miles away the following morning. Great service and good value for money. Will use service again.

Easy Parcel website lots of cheap alternatives picked DHL who picked up the item , were first class and sent me a picture of the parcel at the delivery address ! Would recommend

Very good pricing & lots of options to drop parcels off, or have collected.
Labels are ready to print within 30 mins.
