Parcel wasnt delivered, but rather, returned absolutely demolished and damp. Paid for extra cover but they refuse to pay out despite absolutely no grounds to refuse. The reason they give, is changed every time I prove it to be false. Keeping the review short because theyre not even worth the time spent reviewing. Scam artists.

I have been a customer with parcel monkey for well over a year sending gift to many family members and friends and just had a few issues like everyone else get as normal But for the last two months it was shocking how I have been treated badly and how the team is taking me for a fool while I understand what I’m illegible for once I pay for extra insurance, I have paid and one of big parcels have been lost and never delivered to my recipient especially when it was a gift not a sale of any good at all. I had to carry on a claim for this issue and it’s been 2 full months discussing it every single day and for the team of parcel monkey to keep this case going on for Months and asking for more useless and unreasonable documentations than I would need to close a case of a murder. I have been very clear with parcel monkey that what I have sent was a gift and not a sale at all but they kept asking me for a sales invoice between me and the recipient and I made it nearly 10 times and sent it to them and they kept asking for more and more useless proofs and documents that are not needed form the first place as I’m 100% illegible for a full refund if my parcel was lost or damaged and for now it’s been two months or more and the case is not closed at all and they keep running around it for some reason that makes no sense at all. I have had enough with this very poor service that does not give the right for the customers at all and I’ll be bringing this case to court.

This one star is NOT FOR PARCEL MONKEY but for Courier. Our parcel arrived one day later and in an appalling state. It was damaged on all sides and soaked through. I would not recommend Courier!

Great service through DPD - punctual and efficient in every way. This is now my default parcel courier facility.

Very disapointed with Parcel Monkey. I used them to collect 2 parcels and they arrived quite quickly but couldnt accept my parcels as they were not correctly addressed. This was MY fault. I have since found and used the correct labels for return with the bar codes.HOWEVER since then, I have not got anyway. I have dealt with Nicolas, Natalie and Emily at Parcel Monkey via email (you cannot SPEAK to a real person) and the Customer Services dept to NOT have a phone number!!! I have now been told that as 3 days have passed. I have to start again and re-book, however I have already paid for this service and dont want to have to pay again. Because everything is done on line Parcel Monkey are like alot of large Companies, trying to save money, they forget they sometimes you need to SPEAK to a real person and on line doesnt always have the answers. Wont use again and wont recomend

Booking the courier was easy - nice process, however paid for priority posting plus pre-12pm pick up and then when we dropped it off at the selected drop off were told that there isn’t a priority post nor a collection pre-12pm! So that was a waste of money! Made a note on the order for it to be left in the safe porch at my parents house however they didn’t, and then the delivery driver left a note to say “sorry you weren’t in” - no details on where the package was or if it’ll be redelivered! The parcel arrived 5 days later (after paying for priority 48 hours!) completely crushed and ripped! Luckily we’d packaged the stuff inside well but goodness knows what happened to it en route as it was torn and completely battered! One present was torn literally in half as well!

I love Parcel Monkey and have numerous positive experiences with them. On this occasion, can’t really review, as up to this moment of typing, this current package has yet to be delivered in the USA. Not sure if it’s Covid or Brexit or the under funding of US postal services under Mr Trumps presidency; but parcel has yet to arrive at its destination.
Is a little disappointing in this instance, as previous experiences have been great. I am living in hope of delivery soon, so would be grateful if you would ask me again about my experiences some time soon.

I use parcel monkey regularly as they provide a good service and allow me to choose best courier. However, this time I chose DHL, courier was confirmed according to Parcel Monkey. DHL didn’t turn up on stated day, no communication from them. Contacted PM they rearranged with much apology for next day. DHL advised by text and email pick up time, no show again, contacted PM they rearranged for next day when it was picked up. Lots of positive help from on line chat. DHL redeemed themselves by delivering next day which was a Saturday.
