Utterly awful experience. Constantly have to chase them up to ensure they do their job, which they are thoroughly useless at doing getting parcels from A to B. Had a parcel shipped from the USA, constantly had to chase them up to get any sort of update out of them. Sent a parcel bound for the EU, via the UK while there was uncertainty over Brexit, a thoroughly dumb decision and suprise, surprise the parcel got lost. This is the second time someone has sent a parcel via parcel monkey, and its the second time a parcel has been lost by them. Dont use them if you EVER want to see your stuff.

I tried to reschedule my pickup but the message never got through to the courier and they turned up anyway, and then again for the rescheduled date. It worked out OK in the end though.

I think I have enough material to write a book now. Both Parcel Monkey UK and USA asked me whether I am a real person complaining about real things. This probably means they themselves were unable to get in touch with their own customer services to understand the situation. I was finally given an email to complain to and it seemed we were getting somewhere about my refund but then no, I am told again that the courier cannot understand whose parcel it is that you received so nothing can be done. I am supposed to keep a useless parcel and they get to keep the money. What was I thinking trusting a monkey with my money...

I’m really pleased with your service, a parcel full of Christmas presents was sent to my nephew and his young family and it got delivered quickly and the delivery man was excellent, I would use again and recommend.

Well, I was very happy till the last parcel. I weighed it at 3kg and you levied an extra charge and said it was 8kg!!! Which I would hardly have been able to lift!! So I am waiting for you to refund the extra charge and then I will be happy again. Thankyou for requesting feedback

Mixed emotions on this service. I’ve used parcel monkey several times as the website is easy and straightforward, pricing is compatible
However, on delivery- 3 of the sent items received were smashed, despite additional fragile notice in the label. I’ll contact the delivery company to be compensated

Ive sent parcel with DPD through ParcelMonkey to EU. As for some reason it hasnt been cleared through Customs and it supposed to be sent back to me. Unfortunately as per tracking number provided to me the parcel was delivered and signed - I do not have the parcel or idea where it is and who received it. I have contacted both DPD and ParcelMonkey. DPD says that the delivery address do not match my address. Still awaiting respond from ParcelMonkey..

Terrible! Managed to loose 2 laptops and still have no idea what has happened to them. Parcel monkey will not contact you as apparently it is senders responsibility until the parcel is delivered !

The worst Company I have ever used! They sent people out when Id rescheduled on the days I cancelled. Sent a guy a day before I asked then the day I chose to be picked up no one came. I had to print out forms which I didnt have a printer so got my mum to print and send it to me. Then after another reschedule as they didnt turn up they say I have to print another form!!... I dont have a printer and printing shops are shut!! So they say ask the delivery guy to print it at the depot...why didnt they say that in the first place!?!?

Collected on time by DPD and delivered the next working day.
Easy to book and at a great price too with plenty of notifications from Parcelmonkey before and after collection.

Have used PM for quite some time and fairly ok. Recent experience well below expectation. Booked a parcel delivery to a London based office which is open between 9 am and 4pm. Delivery company atrempted to deliver at 7.15 am. Re-delivery arranged but delivery turned up at 8 am when office still closed. Tried to get an address for a local pick up point, but no luck - PMs nearest depo in Southampton!? Customer care experience poor. Waiting to hear if parcel has been disposed off.
