This parcel was supposed to be collected today. I received texts from Courier to say they would be collecting between 12:48 and 13:48. Nobody arrived. At 17:01 I received a message to say they’d tried and I wasn’t in. Nobody had tried. I have been waiting in all day! Nobody rang the doorbell, no card was left and nobody even attempted the door as I have a video doorbell! I’m absolutely fuming. This is not acceptable at all. I’ve paid £16 to have two parcels picked up next day with 24 hour delivery for it not to happen. This is absolutely disgusting.

Parcel collected by DHL from my home in Cornwall and delivered to Cheshire within 48 hours. DHL offered the lowest price and cannot fault the service of DHL or Parcel Monkey. Have already recommended them to a friend.

Really happy without the service. Two day delay which we could track but a few days before Christmas from UK to France it was really good this year when the demand is so high. Definitely recommend and use again!

They have failed to deliver my parcel, let alone get it out of the country to my recipient. They have now stated I must have the parcel returned to me which will take more than a week. I paid for express delivery which should mean it would arrive at its international destination after 2-3days. I must now wait for an extra 7 days just to get it back. The company also does not have a telephone number to call and only communicates via a extremely slow built in messaging system that takes hours just to get any info. If you contact the courier (in my case DPD) they will not be able to do anything for you and you must just wait for this company’s reply for information. So disappointed with the service, non-delivery, and lack of being able to contact them. I work in this industry and know that everything was in order for a successful delivery but they simply do not have the ability to fulfil your orders. Avoid and use another company. There are other options in the same price range. Disappointing.

No problem with ParcelMonkey, however, the agent I used through them was pretty hopeless. the parcel was actually delivered in Germany on 16th. However, the website still says it is in the depot!! Not a fault of ParcelMonkey, but maybe there needs to be a feedback about the whoe process, especially the agent used.

Great service, fast delivery, good price. Courier DPD advised collection time and kept to it, and the same for delivery two days later from UK to Belgium. Very impressive considering it was a 25kg package less than 2 weeks before Christmas.

First time that we have used Parcel Monkey to send items to India. The whole process was so simple, with address labels provided, step by step instructions relating to customs declarations and a smiling delivery driver coming to collect the parcel as arranged. Our parcel arrived safely to provide warm jumpers for street children in Kolkata. Thank you for a speedy delivery, a parcel that arrived safely and some happy children who are able to enjoy a special gift for Christmas.

My recent experience with Parcel Monkey has caused me a LOT of stress and financial loss. I used Parcel Monkeys services on November 12th to send 180 kg of personal belongings worth thousands of £££ to Spain — due to Parcel Monkeys failure to communicate the delivery address correctly to DPD, there were numerous failed attempts to deliver the belongings, which resulted in their return back to the UK. We tried many times to get this resolved with your Customer Service desk, but their responses were absolutely useless. Apart from the fact that the belongings were not delivered in the first place, its now been a month and they have not yet been fully returned to the UK — one of the boxes with valuable belongings has even gone missing. The entire situation is a result of Parcel Monkeys horrific customer service practice, and its very, very stressful.

Utterly hopeless. Lost my parcel insured for £150 (but worth more than this). They didnt chase it up, when i asked for updates I got different people responding to my ticket and just going round in circles. I had to follow it up myself with the courier directly - still didnt turn up. They agreed to pay the insurance but havent paid from over 2 months ago. Have been following up but no-one responding. Aweful customer service. NEVER, EVER using them again!
