We can collect from most UK addresses. Book in the comfort of your own home and then have the item collected while at work to save going up the Post Office in your lunch hour.

Citilink has been disappointing in late or no pick up and damage to parcel. Royal Mail was punctual and very easy to track the parcel.

you need to have cheaper prices for 3 to 4 kg parcels / packets.......as it is cheaper by royal mail 1st class packets....malcolm

Our Response: The collection happened the day after booking. If the books arrived wet were they packaged with waterproof protection?
