We always advise our customers to get to know their drivers if they make regular bookings as they can be very helpful and will try to work around your needs.
Parcel must have been left outside and was received damp

I posted out a surfboard wrapped in Bubble wrap and inside a card board box. It arrived badly damaged clearly handled badly, very unhappy!
