We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection window.

Think that you send the parcel label to the person that the parcel is being collected from, that would save a lot of trouble. Wld use again

It was Courier, next day service but they didn't attempt devliery the next day, then on the following day just left a '2nd call' slip.

Not a great deal of courier/quote choice, your prices were signifiganly higher than other companies. Delivering to PO BOXes is excellent.

The parcel i sent got there damaged even though i had packaged it to the max to protect the contents.
