Did what it said on the tin. Poor attitude from courier driver, tracking worse than useless

Our Response: The courier concerned is working on their technology and should see many improvements as the year moves on.
Courier did not collect on the day and didn't contact us. The parcel was collected at 18:00 the next day. Poor communication

Parcel was picked up 1 day later than planned. This wasted collection and delivery persons time, as 2 days holiday from work was used each.

a service where the collection time bracket could be chosen, i.e. 8am-1pm, 1pm - 6pm, etc., would be really really useful!

We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection window.

Parcel was late collected by 3 days and was virtually impossible to get anyone on phone but it did arrive fine once collected.

We can only provide collection times that the couriers themselves can manage I'm afraid. At the moment this is "anytime"
