Overall service was fantastic. My only gripe is the 12hr pick up slot 8am-8pm, but thats down to the couriers. A 4-6hr slot would be ideal

An am or pm collection allocation would be great, some occasions I have waited in all day for a collection and they show up at 6.30pm!
