The driver collecting the item didnt have my name therfore missed first collection as he didnt know who to ask for when arriving at my work.

PayPal is a very expensive and under their rules you can't pass these charges on to customers that wish to use this service. We know some resellers do charge for this service but it's not allowed so we can't offer it.
