Collector didn't realise there were 2 parcels; deliverer stacked them on our strawberry plants, and said nothing when asked not to do so.

Parcel still not delivered as of 27th, should have arrived 23rd, Courier are worse than useless, doubtful i'll use Parcel Monley again.

When you get it right you are very good. This time I had about 6 days wait to recieve it when it arrived at the Aberdeen depot but wasnt in

We get it right in terms of the information flow to the courier but we can't control their part in the process. We advise them and pass on comments all the time to try and make things work without problems.
