nightfreight failed to pick up parcels on date of collection but I could not reach anybody to find out why until the next day ,but thats all

Bring the parcel tracking info into one place on your web site so it is easy to see regardless of which courier is used.

Poor! Courier (Next Day Service) failed to collect when scheduled, didn't have the courtesy of phoning & I had to phone them to rearrange!
