Courier Chelmsford must be losing you business, every other parcel l book is a missed collection, something needs doing about it quickly.

They are not our drivers but we will pass on your comment to the courier concerned thanks.
The collection was booked for Tuesday - you failed to collect, had to rebook for Friday. Very poor. You should be refunding me.

Our Response: We are sorry that the courier concerned missed your collection on the date stated when your order was made. Had you booked the "guaranteed" option then you would be entitled to a refund.
