Next time, I'll go to courier direct because you don't offer a helpline freely. I got more help speaking to parcelforce.

Our Response: Going direct with a courier will cost you more money in most cases which fund their call centres. We provide online support which is very efficient in most cases and helps us to keep our prices low.
