Don't change a thing as the service is spot-on the way it is. In saying that you could take PayPal as payment.

PayPal is a very expensive and under their rules you can't pass these charges on to customers that wish to use this service. We know some resellers do charge for this service but it's not allowed so we can't offer it.

The process of ordering was fine. However, after waiting all day parcel was not collected until 5:15 and the driver was quite dismissive.

Our Response: We do state that the courier may arrive past 5pm.
Althought we booked the collection through but had nightmare with pick-up. Cost me money,also refund buyer postage. not happy
