PayPal is a very expensive and under their rules you can't pass these charges on to customers that wish to use this service. We know some resellers do charge for this service but it's not allowed so we can't offer it.
I will use your servics again, I was very impressed with the tracking service.

We can only provide collection times that the couriers themselves can manage I'm afraid. At the moment this is "anytime"
my items are so damaged even though packaged well I cannot get a refund it is unacceptable. You have obviously throw it around the mess
