Our Response: We quote prices based on the size and weight entered. Once precise details such as postcodes are taken into account and then vat is added where necessary the price can change. This is not misleading and everything is clearly displayed when you are ready to pay.

ParcelForce driver did not accept ParcelMonkey labels. We had to pay extra for PF sourced labels and this caused delays. Substandard

Our Response: That is not correct. ParcelForce should always bring their own labels as the ones we provide are just a guide to avoid confusion. No extra money is ever required.
