Gone 17.30 before the parcel was picked up. we were about to leave the office. Carriers offices shut at 5pm so no one to contact!

Shocking - Would never use again! Courier failed to collect from address and then refused to refund the amount paid to them!

Already a very good service. One criticism is that the transaction says it will e-mail you a label to print but it doesn't, in my experience

That's strange. ParcelForce bring their own labels but we do email one so you can place it on the correct parcel to avoid confusion when the driver arrives.
