Our Response: We agree with you but we can only offer what the couriers say they can manage and that's an "any time" collection window.

very good service.... maybe consider accepting paypal as a payment method as it is easier for people using ebay!!

PayPal is a very expensive service and under their rules you can't pass these charges on to customers that wish to use this service. We know some resellers do charge for this service but it's not allowed so we can't offer it.

Parcel should have been delivered on Thursday and was not delivered untill yesterday!!!!! I have had to refund my client!
