I'm new to using couriers and there's rumours that City Link are under-performing. However, so far, everything's been delivered on time?

City Link have a success rate of around 96% in first time collections / deliveries. Problems do happen and when they do we always try to resolve them with our courier partners as quickly as possible.
this is an excellent service as royal mail wanted £60 to deliver the same parcel, and I had the item picked up from my door for £18! quali

Thanks. Unfortunately in March City Link raised their prices for the first time in 3 years which left us no choice but to do the same. Watch out soon though for a new exciting product!!
