The website was experiencing issues which delayed the sign up process but once these were resolved the package was collected on time

We had a few issues with new customers registering when our updated site went live last week but everything is working as it should be.
Despite an error with the delivery item, communication and redelivery of correct item was very efficient and quick!

I booked and paid for next day delivery but the items were not delivered within 24 hours as promised, it was infact 48 hours!

Our Response: The service you booked was not the guaranteed next day delivery. The courier concerned has a 96% success rate but I am sorry you did not experience this and I would like to apologise on their behalf.
