We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

supposedly carded two days running, no card at address! so where did you go? 3 days longer and got to collect, a joke!

Our Response: You order was collected on Friday and delivered on Tuesday so in fact was one day longer due to being a remote area.
