very poor reported damage as soon as buyer told me but no refund as i did not let you know within 24 hours off delivery what can a seller do

Our Response: I understand your point but if the item is damaged in transit it's most likely to be obvious at the point oof delivery or as soon as the item is opened. If we allow notification to be longer whats to stop the item becoming damaged and then a claim made against us / the courier concerned?

if Saturday delivery costs more then say so don't just deliver Monday when 48hrs is Saturday. tossers .

Parcelforce did not deliver until about 7.30 at night - much later than expected and an inconvenience.

Paid for 'next day before 12'. Wasn't even collected till 2 days later... Probably the courier more than PM. But wasn't happy about it...
