We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel monkey mixed up my paperwork which severely delayed my package being delivered. Thee communication was also poor.

City Link stopped this option back in October. Let's hope they decided to bring it back soon!!
I feel the service I received was very poor, I was told to stay in the house all day and ended up taking the parcel to the courier !!!???
