Our Response: ParcelForce are incorrect with what they told you as the reference number for your order is only created once confirmed by them. Having said that please accept our apologies for their error.

Arrange collection for Friday, nobody came. I called Saturday and was advised i would get a call back from Manchester depot. Didn't happen
