Tracking to be more precise-some confusion with labels! Parcelforce had different destination address to the one you sent for the label

Courier is ignoring driver instructions. Few times they did not collect parcels which were waiting for them in Courtyard

Our Response: They have to be signed for on collection and delivery in order to remove the risk of theft / fraud.
Please provide more space to type in instructions for the delivery driver - very limited space available!
