Will never use again. Courier went tto the wrong property even though my address was clearly given. Had to rebooked delivery. 24hrs late.

Our Response: While we are sorry the driver concerned went to the wrong address this is not a direct fault of ParcelMonkey. Had you booked the same service directly or through another provider the same situation would have happened. Once again though we are sorry.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

We provide dedicated online support in order to keep our costs low. Telephone support = higher prices and with a minimal number of issues we feel online support works best for the vast majority of our customers.
