delivery collected @6.45pm, sent to wrong depot so no delivery next day. Nobody bothered ringing, didn't listen to new delivery instruction

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
