The collection was late in the day, it would be nice if the courier company could work out their route and text the sender a rough time.

Thanks, it worked well. My only concern is the threats about mis calculating the package size/weight as it is not checked when collected.

They are not checked by the drivers but are laser scanned and weighed as they move through the couriers distribution network.
Compared to Royal Mail you were almost half price, great service. Thank You.
