You didn't give a delivery time. You EVENTUALLY turned up at 17:50. The package was battered when it arrived. I'm not going to use you again

Our Response: As explained at the time of booking both collections and deliveries are anytime unless a "timed" service is purchased. The outer layer of the parcel may have been damaged in transit but were the goods intact?

We have no plans to raise our UK domestic prices unless the couriers do.
I did provide a telephone no. but there was no call and the driver went to the site office - something I wished to avoid troubling manager.

Booked in the item on the 22nd for a quick delivery for a customer. The item didn't get collected until 24th should of gone on the 23rd poor
