I booked a delivery for before 12 it was nearlt 2 pm when it arrived- if one pays extra it should come inthat time frame.

Happy with the collection of the parcel.However when tracking it the site says it will be delivered by 5.30pm but it didn't arrive till 6.30

It would be good if there was a service that gave am or pm pick up just like the before 12 or 10am delivery for just a couple of pounds.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
never used before but will again. timed collect & delivery would be great, but don't expect it at this price. great value

not happy with Courier service, failed to pick up on scheduled day, wasted my wifes time and were un-apologetic
