Put prices up without warning and got rid of a service without warning also. but the parcelmonkey service is good

Our Response: Our prices went up in March due to the courier raising base costs for everyone. If you liked the low cost bag option before look out for our new one coming later this month!!

Timed Collection Possibly. If i arrange a collection i would need to wait in all day, i would like a collection when i can book a time slot!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

My parcel still has not been collected - despite phone calls and emails! Exasperating! Tho' Courier staff very nice.

Our Response: The courier cancelled your order due to running out of time on the date the original collection was due to take place. You were notified of this and need to re book. On behalf of the courier concerned please accept our apologies though for the failed collection.

Our Response: The item tracks as being signed for by "D Seymour" which matches the name on the delivery details.
We were really happy with the price unfortunately that van that arrived had not been told the # of boxes and didnt have room.
