Parcel was not collected. Phoned Parcelforce and they had no record of the order that I placed. Very frustrating.

the only problem is you are unable to offer a time( ie) AM/PM that would help as we have to wait in all day

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Nobody collected, then nobody answered phone. Had to take my package to drop off place with 40min journey! Nobody replied to email! 0/10
