Providing information to show that a parcel has been delivered would greatly improve the service.

Full tracking with Nightfreight, and many other high quality improvements with this carrier are coming later in 2012.
My parcel was not picked up as relief driver could not find address, I, The CUSTOMER had to phone to find out where my parcel was. Not Good
