Suspect Citylink more of the problem than Parcel Monkey - took two goes to collect, and two to deliver replacement.

Overall Very good, however would have liked to have a more specific time for the pick-up, even just am or pm rather than staying in all day.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Picked up and delivered on time. Very good service and price.
