The service is great value but if you could narrow collection down to am or pm would be really helpful as mine was collected at 16:50!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Your sending me a survey...yet I'm still waiting for this package to be collected! Not enough characters to explain exactly why here!!!
