Royal mail have the sub 2kg market covered in terms of price unless the item is large. Don't forget you have to go there though and we offer a door to door service!!

Our Response: You did not buy the guaranteed next day service so are not entitled to a refund. The carrier concerned has a 96% success rate although we are very sorry in your case this did not happen.

The collection was late in the day, it would be nice if the courier company could work out their route and text the sender a rough time.
