Our Response: We can't control the actions of the courier drivers as they don't work for us but we always communicate with our courier partners in the hope of improved satisfaction levels.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Your driver was amazing. My customer didn't give the business address, only the road in the estate. Your driver tracked them down.

They are not our drivers but it pleases us when we read our customers are happy with them.
Item was collected and delivered as per arranged. I am 70, & had to help the delivery man in with the wardrobe, so not good for my back.

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.

Your ad said the driver would have labels, he didnt, and he was in a hurry so my parcels went off without labels. Did they get there????

Our Response: They did get there and the driver should have attached barcode labels before the items left you. We apologise for this and will speak to the courier concerned.
We are still waiting for the engine to be delivered this is Thursady 19th July looking for a refund on parcel cost no happy

Parcel arrived safely, thanks. We asked for it to be collected on 19 July but it was collected a week earlier ! Luckily it did not matter !

Nobody collected my parcel (ref PM1424744) on 13.7.12. Nor was it collected on 16.7.12. I did a 17 mile trip to drop it at Courier myself.
