All went fine. It would be great to have an option that the driver brings the label printed. Not everybody has a printer at home

Instead of about 8 hours before item collection, I would have appreciated a couple of phone calls updating me on a possible collection time.

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Parcel was not collected. Phoned Parcelforce and they had no record of the order that I placed. Very frustrating.
