Over the past 12 months 25% of my consignments have failed to be collected on the first attempt. I constantly have to chase and re-arrange.

Collection was booked on 16.10.2012, courier arrived only next day morning. Didn't knock the door, put missed delivery card in the door.

The parcel arrived 1 day late, tracking states that there was a delivery failure, this was not possible as the recipient was an open shop.

I was a bit wary ar first, but in the end there were no problems. I wasn't able to track the parcels, though, until they had arrived.

Some couriers are now texting expected times of arrival. Would be nice for pick up time rather than wait in all day. Easier to go to PO.
