That's great news and thanks very much for booking our new International service.
It took 4 days before the parcel was picked up .We had to phone 3 times to find out why and change the label once.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Wrong item collected and the courier didny even realise. Delivered the wrong parcel right to the destination.
