Since I didn't have the phone contact for the drop off, my number appeared on the label which would have been pointless.

I tried to pay by card and "payment failed" was displayed, but I was still debited and the parcels were collected and delivered on time!

Should provide a time slot option so you can book in when to pick up and deliver, but fantastic service as always.
