I found your service difficult to use this time, your website timed out 4 times before I could complete the transaction.

Courier attempted delivery, no card was left and it is now being sent back to me! I will have to pay again to try to send the item back.

Our Response: They tried twice, left cards and no one made contact so that's why the goods are returned to the sender.
The parcil was picked up on time and arrived only three days later, thank you.
