paid for pick up today and it just didnt happen...Citilink as usual.....1 in 6 bookings go wrong. This is very poor.

Would be VERY helpful to indicate how long delivery will take! 1,2,3,4,5 days etc.... expected 1 day but took 4 days

It would be really helpful if a morning or an afternoon collection time could be indcated to save having to wait all day

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
