I normally use interparcel and they put a tracking link in the confirmation email. Just makes it a bit easier.

Didn't pick up on agreed date. Didn't pick up on next day. Had to deliver item to depot. Still hasn't arrived.

collection was ok, however night freight have had it a week no delivery, chase up phone calls are met with lies and excuses, never use again

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

The service was very poor. It was supposed to be next day collection but it wasn't. The parcels have been collected the second day at 7 pm.

A local contact phone number I rang they could not give me any idea of time for collection.
