Had to find pen and paper to write down tracking number as was expecting a piece of paper to be handed to me.

Items were damaged on arrival after being well wrapped and parcel being marked as fragile. Items arrived a day later than stated.

DX 48 hour - picked up,Tues, delivered Saturday. Just not good enough
